No communication with medical offices, so it seems. I was then told over the phone my prescription would be ready that day so I show up after work wait 10 minutes in car line to then be told it will be ready the next day. I think it’s time for a new pharmacy.

Today I was at Walgrins, the Spanish manager was very patient, it is very nice to find staff like him. I give it a 1000

I don't know the name of the manager but he have long hair, he is super nice, I can imagine the old reviews was a different person because I always have a great experience at this store.

I just had the most mind blowing experience at the Wallgreens drive thru pharmacy with my mother I’m a 17 year old kid and my mother has an infection and she needed the medication fluconazole to get rid of it she also had to get 10 tubes of blood taken today and isn’t feeling well however my mother also has multiple autoimmune diseases a parasite and she’s also being treated and checked for cancer, also since she was a child she has been being treated for multiple mental issues and has always been on a lot of medication since she was young and she has to take pain medicine and antipsychotics and all this stuff I’m got gonna go too much into detail. However me and her were going to the Wallgreens pharmacy near our house and keep in mind this is the only convenience store that has an issue with my mother for whatever reason she usually goes to cvs and other stores but because this one is close to our house and she’s sick right now we went to our local store we get to the drive thru she tells them her name and we are sitting there for about 5 minutes and this young rude lady comes to the window and says she refuses to fill her script and this is where I got upset she says it was because “your clearly falling asleep and I cannot fill this medicine I can call the cops” and like I said my mother is on other medication that’s prescribed to her but this pharmacist doesn’t know that because she gets her other meds from cvs so then I say “wait first of all this medicine is for an infection to get rid of it so I don’t know what that has to do with this she is very sick and takes other medicine too” then this lady proceeded to say that I was also falling asleep while sitting there with my mother and she “has it on camera” I had my phone out and was going through it while waiting looking down at the screen and I’m a 17 year old kid trying to help my mom get better and that’s a very rude and disrespectful thing to say to a child that hasn’t touched a drug in his life I will be going back there alone to speak to this employee and their boss this is not the only time my mother has had a problem with this specific lady and this is absolutely insane now that I’ve been there and seen the way she gets treated especially the way she talked to me I will not let this happen to my mother again I will be coming back there by myself to speak to this women and if she decides to “call the police” it’s only gonna make her look like a terrible individual for treating a sick woman and her child this way I hope this lady gets the karma she deserves and I will be taking action against this specific Wallgreens pharmacy after this incident I’m soo sorry if anyone else has had to deal with something like this I can’t believe how ignorant and rude people have become…

This is the absolute worst Walgreens to fill a prescription from. I have to call them repeatedly in order for them to process the order. Several times the app has notified me that the prescription is ready and I will show up the same day and they will tell me that they put it back and that I need to come back in two hours. If there is even one car in the drive-through, I go inside it takes them about 30 minutes to help each prescription customer.

There could not be a worse, more inefficient and rude pharmacy/store in the land. Simply dreadful on ever level.

I really try and avoid them at all costs. The most rude pharmacists and pharmacy staff. They have zero manners or desire to be of assistance. I unfortunately need to use them out of a manner of convenience on occasion.

The pharmacist Ahmed went above and beyond today. He helped me with my blood pressure machine and gave me great instructions on how to use the device. He is an asset to this location.

What an awful place. The people that work here should only be fired, they shouldn't be allowed to work anywhere near peoples' medications. The level of incompetence here is nothing short of legendary. I spend more time dealing with Walgreens corporate than this crap hole. Not only haven't they filled my medication in over a week. They keep telling me they don't take my insurance, when they do. The pharmacist said she told me that is the case, she never told me. And even if she did (which she didn't), she was wrong. I'm diabetic. I need my insulin to live. Walgreens Corporate, if you can see this. Please shut this place down.

Dean the manager is an incredible, competent and friendly service manager..We were blown away by his decision making, affability, and general ability to get things done without being overwhelmed..We joked that we’d get our new years cards here at this location next year too - but Dena will be gone, running the whole eastern seaboard of Walgreens.

If I could leave -5 stars I would! I went to the pharmacy to Pick up my prescription that I have had filled here several times in the past. I picked up my prescription and went back to my office without checking the bag. I got home and opened up the bag and when I open the bottle I realized I had been shorted. Upon my count, I found that the shortage was 20 pills missing out of 30. I called the store, someone picked up the phone but put it on the counter because I could hear them talking and commenting that it’s almost 9. Then a hangup! I called back and when they picked up the phone again without any greeting, I said right away that I’m recording the call that’s when the woman, whose name is Cassandra, apologized. I told her what happened, she then got very defensive with me and told me that a count of inventory needs to be done. She was rather rude about it. She told me that someone would call me the next morning, which they never did. This morning, I called them and waited on the phone until I got someone named Tran, she had a very thick accent and said she was the pharmacist today. She then told me that they did a count and they did not have an overage. I don’t know how 20 pills can go missing and your count is fine! Besides me being out of 20 which is not a big deal, it should be looked at whatever is going on in that pharmacy that 20 pills can mysteriously Walk away! Walgreens has lost my trust and my business 100%. The way they speak to customers is quite shocking.

I give 2 stars because the woman that usually stocks the shelves does such a good job. Everything is so neat and tidy, she's friendly and always ask if someone needs help. If she see you carrying too many things she will go get yo a basket. Very nice. I stopped going to the pharmacy there. The pharmacist are nice but the people working with them have been awful. I've never complained but they got new people in after covid so maybe they got people not being nice but they would not even say hello and 3 or 4 times when they've rung me up they just tossed the bag at me. For no reason. One fell on the floor..I switched to Costco which is always great. They didn't have coke or Pepsi products for a few months saying there was a shortage but at the Walmart across the street they always had plenty. The cahiers are nice but the managers for as far as I can tell don't do much and will chip in and help cshiers if they have to and rarely even smile. Leaves me to think Walgreens must not be a good place to work at. I go because it's close to my home. They used to have decent sales but not so much of late. Their regular prices are off the charts way to expensive especially vitamins and supplements. Don't even bother.
