Some people or companies do not belong in health care. Had the worst experience with this pharmacy tonight. If this people were human or professional that understand what difference a dose of antibiotic can make to a 3 years old patient with fever(rest of clinical not disclose ) ,they would have done better. Just a Doctor outside of his learning from people that call themselves great .

I called in to ask if they would fill my meds now that I live .5 of a mile away. I was told they cant answer a question they dont have. I made it very clear. I moved and want to know if they can fill my meds. I was treated like an idiot and told not to have my meds sent to this location because they wont fill them. Pharmacys should NOT have the ability to discriminate for any reason. It was a simple question. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This is a review for both Walgreens In DelrayDon't waste your time trying to get pictures taken, conveniently both Walgreens have either a camera broken or the entire system is down. More like the employees are too lazy to do their job. Thank you for a complete waste of time!

Worst pharmacy. Incredibly rude with long wait times. They just rejected a prescription I need because my doctor is out of state. They had filled the same prescription, with the same doctor, many times before. Avoid.

Your pharmacy manager is horrible for hanging up on customers and refusing to help them. They clearly are busy, but give the customers a chance to speak. Absolute worst customer service on Tuesday August 30th in the evening.

I have used this pharmacy since moving to delray. It's always been bad. Now they are opening later then their posted times and the final straw was when I just called in and waited on hold for 30 minutes and then a woman answered and I could not understand what she was saying. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she said, "no I have to go" and proceeded to hang up. I understand staffing shortages, I work in an industry that is terribly effected, but medication is something that should be taken seriously. We all accept the long hold times, this is not ok. I need my medication to live, and dealing with this terrible customer service is a shame.

The pharmacy tech I just spoke to on September 7th at 3:50pm was incredibly disrespectful to me. I had received a text and phone call that my prescription was ready to be picked up at this exact location, but she said there was nothing there. No big deal, but I wanted the issue resolved. I needed to know if it was sent to a different location or if there was any other miscommunication along the way. She spoke over me every time I tried to talk and ended the conversation with saying, “whatever, I have to go.” and hung up on me. I will be going out of my way to drive to another Walgreens further away. Update: another Walgreens was able to transfer my prescription FROM THIS LOCATION to another with zero problems. It was there the entire time.

Horrible experience— They did not make the gift books as promised by the federal department and they didn’t send me any message to tell me I wasn’t getting them. My custom housewarming gift won’t be ready, and I have a flight ticket tomorrow. The shift lead showed no customer service skills, did not offer to contact any other Walgreens, zero help.
