Venetian Nails is the absolute best nail salon in town period! Every time I arrive, they greet me by name and offer me a beverage. They go above and beyond to ensure all customers are satisfied, every nail tech there is so talented, kind and caring on top of doing an amazing job! The salon is completely spotless, so clean and sanitary. It’s my favorite spot for all things, Nails and etc. They are always there for my every need. My nail tech is the absolute best, She always remembers my color, the shape I like and the types of pedicures I prefer and also every detail to my perfect manicures. I have a very busy schedule and often times I try to schedule and within a half hour or so before or after the appointment just won aline, but they go above and beyond and they make it happen for me. That’s one thing that I love about this salon.

Went in for a pedicure. The nail technician cut my toenails without asking. She cut them so short she cut into the skin on the tip of both big toes. Then she cut me again on another toe cutting the cuticle. It has been three days now and my toes still are sensitive. I hope I don’t get an infection! Accidents happen but this was obvious lack of experience and training. Stay away from this place!!

Have been disappointed previously getting my nails done at this location and decided to give it another shot. Came in for a gel pedicure. It was the most rushed pedicure I’ve ever had. The water was lukewarm, my feet had no time to soak at all and and the technician didn’t push down my cuticles or manicure my feet AT ALL. Barely brushed the pumice stone over them. Still tipped him but extremely unhappy with the service and $61 wasted and I will not be returning here.

I've had a better manicure here the first time but second time was terrible. I have bad nails, but a good technician would know how to treat them. This guy just poured polish on which didn't dry for hours!!!

Just before Easter I went here for a pedicure. All I required was the basic one which was set at a reasonable price. The technician was on me constantly to upgrade the service and no matter how many times I said no she didn't stop. I believe because I wouldn't upgrade she rushed through. I get my nails regularly done at another salon and know what a good pedicure is. This one was sloppily done. I will never go back here!

I’m not 100% sure the name of my nail tech. His tool box said Bryan I believe. I got my nails done on 3/2/24 in the evening at 6 pm! He did an amazing job. I like to keep my nails short but also like the almond shape. He worked with me to make sure they were a length I liked while still being able to do the shape. And they looking amazing!

I went to Venetian and saw Mabel. I was told that a nail of mine couldn’t be fixed and she said with the utmost confidence I can fix it and she did. she is a sweetheart and does an amazing job.

I have been going every 2 weeks to Mabel for acrylic & gel manicures & pedicures. I have been with her for almost 4 years. She is the best at making my ugly nails, hands & feet look great! The team up front is always so helpful in keeping up with beautiful colors and being so accommodating in scheduling. Timmy runs a great place. Love this place. Try it you won’t want to go anywhere else!

Timmy the Manager states staff mistakes" as not that bad!" Poor management!!! Nails cut crooked and doesn't take responsibility. This place is expensive and the staff unapologetic for ruining polish uneven...and didn't even clean them. No massage when you pay extra. Do NOT trust!!! Photos attached! Proof. Unprofessional and doesn't rectify situations. Not just me look at the other negative reviews about the staff and management! Corporation needs to address this and getting a formal complaint.
