This was the fastest post office I’ve ever been to. Postmaster who helped me was so nice and gave excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a quick in and out post office- this is it.

This post office is not obvious from the road. It’s on a side street off 441 and doesn’t good signage. While it’s open after hours for PO Box holders it doesn’t have an auto vending stamp machine. One thing they do right is the marque sign of services and prices behind the counter (see photo).

Worst post office I have ever encountered. If you have mail addressed to someone as To and you have a return address label, don't count on your mail being delivered to your recipient. They will mail it to you as if the return label is the pereson the mail was intended to reach. Also, if you have packages being delivered to you, good luck with that. Your package will go from out for delivery to received at USPS Facility as if it shouled be delivered to the shipper and not the receiver. There is seriously something wrong with the employees that work here if they can't get addresses straight. It's a shame I am forced to give this office 1 star. They deserve 0.

The male employee with the long curly hair should be ASHAMED of himself. I walked in there at the end of the day with 10 minutes left until closing with a box and my sleeping child in a car seat, and he said he could not give me any tape to seal my box even though I had a code to scan for my return. I asked if you please could just take one piece of tape and seal the box and he said “That’s not what i get paid for”. What a disgrace of a facility and an employee. Disgusting.

The employees are awesome, however the city of Delray get a pressure washing company to wash to outside doors and pavement. Maybe some new stop signs and soem hedge cleaning.. The place looks like a run down dump.

Not only the worst delivery service in Valencia Palms, but the worst letter carrier EVER. Today, as I approached him to give him a letter that needed to be mailed, he put his hand out and yelled at me to stay away. I asked why. He said they were not allowed to let anyone get near them or their vehicle. I thought maybe he had COVID? No, he was simply a rude and nasty j**** I admit, I was confused because this wasn't making much sense. He finally took my letter and as I walked back toward my car, he started screaming at me, accusing me of saying he was crazy. What? He had my letter, that was the accomplishment and I was done with him, yet he couldn't help being an absolute ugly fool. Listen, I come from post office people. From sorters to letter carriers, truck drivers to Post Master. Aunts, uncles, friends, mother and my father was a Post Master in CT. Never EVER have I known ANY of them to treat a customer with such ugly infantile behavior. And, as someone else mentioned, mail delivery is sporadic at Valencia Palms. One can go days without seeing a piece of mail. This guy should be let go. He's not doing his job and when he finally decides to deliver mail he performs like a mean circus clown.

This is the worst post office I have ever experienced. They left a certified letter in my mailbox addressed to someone who lived here years ago. I thought certified mail required a signature? Also, anything I mark "Return to Sender" gets redelivered back to me a few days later.

A little off the beaten path but I've never seen it crowded. The only problem with the service here is the incompetence of my fellow retiree customers! Somebody in front of you will have filled out the forms wrong or forwarded their mail twice a year and can't remember where their mail is going, etc, etc...I warned you.
