I’ve been going to this post office ever since moving to Delray Beach three years ago. They are always friendly, helpful, professional, and get the job done! Today was no different. My cashier was Luc and he did everything possible to find me the most efficient and least expensive way to ship my two items. Excellent customer service!

Best experience at a post office ever! They were super organized and there was no line. Normally trying to mail anything is at least a 45 minute chunk out my day. This visit took less than 5 minutes.

I sent an envelope with tracking through this contracted post office about 10 days ago. The package was never delivered to the recipient, instead delivered to my home. When I looked at the package, I was surprised to see that they charge about 50% more to send the package than the actual amount on the postage sticker. In addition, I drove back to their place of business and they basically told me that the delivery is not guaranteed and if I wanted to I could take it to a post office and try to fight the fact that they put the right ZIP Code down and that the post office delivered it to the wrong address. After having a discussion for about five minutes and each of us, repeating ourselves, I asked him for the 50% markup and he begrudgingly gave it to me. I will not be returning or using the business again.

I recently visited the USPS in Delray Beach and was blown away by their exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, handling a busy flow with ease and professionalism. The facility was spotless, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The quick service and helpful team made my experience smooth and hassle-free. Horrible experience and worst customer service ! Shipped a package to Israel with a tracking number shipping was 12 business days . A month later the package never arrived the tracking number is not showing so I went to the store on Linton, Delray Beach . They always had a friendly staff but today another employee was there maybe he’s new , he was very rude he said that the shipping speed can also take up to 6 months and that it is not their problem . I asked to speak to the manager but he kept making nasty comments from the side saying that the world doesn’t revolve around me ,, when I asked for his name he said John Doe . Very arrogant and nasty attitude, makes no sense at all I guess he was having a bad day or just a miserable person . Since he would not give me his real name I took a photo of him .

This is the nearest post office to my home so I’m assuming this is where my mail is coming from im highly upset the mail man keep leaving other people mail in my mailbox even after I have left several notes not to!!! This is not cool
