“OK. This is my third review and I am upping to four stars from two. Why? Although my service experience has been fraught with many problems, I am finally getting satisfaction. My car will be fixed under warranty. Matt and John have done their best to improve a dealership that has experienced problems with service. Our salesman had to put up With my loud complaints and frustrations but kept trying to help. Genesis dealers are experiencing problems with some of the high tech features of these very fine cars. And one could ask, Is the quality and tech worth the growing pains? My advice is to ask to see the service department BEFORE signing the contract and to make sure the dealer knows the fantastic warranty offered is of questionable value if the service department is understaffed and you have to wait weeks for repairs. Delray needs to look carefully at how they wish to improve. Right now, there are some great people on board and a few who would do better working where a smile of caring manner is not required. Genesis is building plants in the USA and South Korea is becoming the new Japan. The vehicles are stunning. The service is evolving. Do your due diligence. Stay away from Napleton in West Palm (bad people, bad service, bad rep) Look at Delray and press for a deal dependent on the support you will need AFTER the purchase.”
