Found the perfect gift for my soulmate. I was in a last minute scramble and the team at Unique Boutique help me pick out the perfect ring by a special designer. While I indicated my budget was fairly high, they did not try to upsell me. Very transparent and trustworthy. Would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect gift for a loved one.

I love my piece from Unique Boutique! They definitely have an eye for the unique—they introduced me to a talented artist that makes gorgeous square rings (surprising comfortable!—our fingers aren’t really round….) and together we found the perfect stone combination that is so me that I can wear it everyday—which I do! It’s also a women owned family business that I’m proud to support.

Highly recommended!!! Found the perfect gift for my soulmate here during a last-minute gift shopping spree ( I hope she doesn't read this). The staff was very helpful and did not push me to spend beyond my budget (ended up being under what I said I wanted to spend). Will go back again as there are some beautiful jewelry designers carried there that I've never seen before. I must add that there was a mother in there with a couple of young toddlers, and the other staff that was there was very accommodating and even played with the children while the mother was trying to pick something out.

I walked into the store with my 3 young daughters and immediately reminded them to look with their eyes and not to touch anything. They were right by me and touching nothing. I heard the rude older woman working at the check out counter comment about how she can't say it and more unpleasant comments about children. I was pretty appalled and told her to which she didn't apologize. They will never get a dime of my business and quite frankly, I hope that woman learns some manners and grace because my children already had better behavior than she exhibited today.

I live in the neighborhood and I went in there twice to inquire about a certain piece that I liked. I found the owner very customer service UNfriendly.She almost acted like if you don’t buy, don’t ask … I’m very disappointed because it’s a cute store with over priced merchandise..

My husband and I have been shopping at Unique Boutique for years. We just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband picked out the most "unique" piece of jewelry. I absolutely love it! Every item is special whether picking something out for my daughter or myself. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, the jewelry, and the overall feeling when walking through the shop.

Items are overpriced and the return policy is only for store credit. Save your $$.UPDATE: They had a tiny printed sign behind the cash register that says "returns for store credit only," but I was NOT notified of this policy by the salesperson upon my purchase nor did I see the sign / know to look for it because the salesperson was standing right in front of it the whole time she was checking me out! Had I known the return policy upon purchase, I DEFINITELY would've thought twice before buying a $200+ dress that I didn't need. I only found out about the policy after I came back later that week to try to return the item.
