I recently had my brows waxed by Samantha for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Samantha took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my brows shaped, and she delivered beautifully. The experience was virtually painless, and the end result was flawless. I highly recommend Samantha for anyone looking for a skilled and personable brow specialist. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments!

What an amazing experience at ULTA Beauty Salon! Ash did a fabulous job with my hair color. She was courteous, attentive and a pleasure to work with to get my hair to where I wanted it to be. So super happy with the finished product. A shout out to Priscilla as well for being so kind!

Found what I needed, minus one. Then when paying they asked if I wanted to open a Ulta CC and I would save a percentage and get deals. Never got a bill. Never got the card.
They have my phone number correct and didn’t call. A year later they sent me to collections. Not impressed at all and they couldn’t even explain why they didn’t call.
The employee put my address in improper.
What a nightmare as I had company in town and was buying for her. I’ll just stop there.
Best for all. Horrible experience and no one cared. These days we’re just a number, if they can get that right…. NOT!

They have a lovely store, attentive employees and a heck of a selection. Only drawback is the plethora of different scents gave me a headache. I'm a guy so not used to it...don't read much into it.

I just got off work, rush to ulta delray beach 30 minutes before they closed, once arrived i was happy that they were still open, they greet me i greet them back with a smile on my face .I was one out of the three shoppers in that store while searching and reading labels from an amazing skin care product recommended to me by a friend I WAS FOLLOWED ! I heard the manager yell at the security guard ,but i didn't think anything of it , while taking my time to carefully read the labels due to my sensitive skin, abruptly.... the security guard just start on following and staring at me everywhere betwen three foot distance in that store, looking at me straight in the eyes like i 'm some sort of criminal or a mutated animal species they never seen before ? I couldn't believe it neighther focus on what I truly needed, as i looked around no one else has been followed but me, I was very confused ? ?
Then, I started questioning myself the following : Was i doing something wrong ? m'i not welcome ? do they want me out ? is it due to my complexion?
mind you ! I'm not not the kind to put up the race card unfortunately I couldn't finish my entire shopping list, i felt so uncomfortable, I just purchased the brushes/ISL perfumes that was already in my hands ready to be paid for and left. I since go to a sephora nearby and other beauty stores where I'm not followed and stared at , got the same skin and make-up products. ULTA DO BETTER
I understand the crazy toxic shoplifters going on .Train your managers to be more professional , and can't add me into a degenerate list.

This place is understaffed. Not to mention the staff they have didn't seem knowledgeable. I've been here multiple times, and anytime I need advice on products, they all seem like they have no idea. They do keep product stocked fairly well, so if you're just running in and know what you want it's okay. Don't expect fast checkout. There could be 3 employees behind the counter but 2 out of 3 visits, 2 employees were helping one, and the line was backing up in the meantime. If you go at night, be prepared to be stared at like a criminal by a security guard at the front of the store.

Overall, I like how well stocked this store is, but I didn't have a good experience on Saturday. The only salesperson I had told me she would look for the shade of foundation I needed and then she just forgot. Then the cashier was not very friendly, not polite at all. Customer service is important because you can get the variety of products at other stores.

Tonight I had me 1st wash & blow out experience at ULTA with Kayleigh on Delray Beach. I enjoyed it very much!! Kayleigh really took the time to wash (massage) my hair!! I showed her a pick of my hair style and she really went out of her way to make it look picture perfect. I highly recommend Kayleigh. I already made another blow out appointment for next week and can't wait!! Thanks again Kayleigh!!
