Absolutely come here if you want to be treated by an incredibly disrespectful staff. The team of Nephrologists are just as disrespectful and don't care about you one bit. It's sad that such a beautiful office and dialysis center is run by these rude people that have the odacity to call themselves professional. When in reality they're just a bunch of disrespectful brats that were never taught how to respect others. I would recommend that whoever is looking for a dialysis center or nephrologist to NOT come to this place and go anywhere else. This place is filled with disappointment.

I can only shake my head in disgust. The behavior of these so called professionals is an abomination. This place should be closed down and the people working in there should all be fired for their lack of compassion and also lack of competence & sophistication.

AWFUL, SIMPLY AWFUL.From the techs, nurses, management, doctors etc, the entire staff is simply AWFUL !!!

My Dad was treated here. He was very unhappy. He felt the technicians were mean, downright nasty and unprofessional--often sarcastic with patients. He actually decided to quit dialysis because of this center and start hospice. The doctor was also not accessible at all or responsive. Don't go there

Treated in this center for several weeks. The nurses and technicians were courteous and professional. I never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting area before my treatment. The recliners all have a massage feature and a switch if you desire a heated chair. I've been treating for two and a half years and this is the first time I have seen this. I developed a nice rapport with my caregivers here and was sad to leave. I had limited interaction with the nephrologist because I was only there for about three weeks and all my labs were in order and my treatments were excellent. I left because I am a snowbird and traveled back to New York.
