Very nice and convenient place to rent a truck. There is a storage place right behind it so that is also a plus.

I have rented many U-Haul's over the years without any issues. This place changed everything. Picked up the truck and the gas tank was on empty. Took a picture, thank goodness. They charged me $30, for $6 a gallon, gas(filled it up with more than I picked it up with) and a $30 "courtesy fill up fee". When we returned it, refused a receipt, said it was emailed. It wasn't. Now I have s case with UHaul,, will see how this turns out. Don't use this location, save yourself the hassle!

Don’t expect any type of dollys or moving equipment. Reserved everything and nothing available. Go somewhere else.

Ordered a truck online and even called the day before and it still wasn't there. They sent me to another location and that one didn't have a truck either All in all very unprofessional and I will never use uhaul again

The worst. Checkin took more than an hour - employees had no idea how their own computer system works. Eventually I had to check in myself online. Two of the tires on the van did not have enough air - warning lights on the display. The gas tank on the car was only 3/4 full. The interior lights on the van didn’t work. The dolly I rented was broken and also had two flat tires. When I returned the car, the attendants told me (a) it was my job, not theirs, to put air in the van tires (!), (b) the dolly I returned was not the dolly they gave me (where would I get my own dolly??) and (c) that it was the responsibility of the previous renter, not them, to make sure the gas tank was full (even though the franchise is located in a gas station). I can’t imagine renting from this UHaul again.

SCAM!!!!STAY AWAYWoman behind the counter refused to give me a receipt on return of the truck. She insisted I would get an email with the charges in 25 minutes, it never came. I was over charged.When you call the business you get a recording saying to leave your name, a screen call.No one ever takes your call. I tried repeatedly.Take your business elsewhere. I have after the fact read several similar complaints.

absolutely awful customer service. i called this uhaul hoping to have a couple of questions answered and possibly give them my business, but whoever picked up the phone rudely told me that all of my questions could be answered online (even though i already googled my question). when i told him that i already did that and just had a couple of quick questions, he hung up on me. completely illegitimate excuse for a uhaul store. ??

Seriously, Uhaul? Whoever the 40 some year old guy working at this station is not suited to handle your business. I rented and confirmed a 10ft box truck for a move, this morning. I got to the Chevron gas station to see only a cargo truck in the lot. I went inside, showed clerk my reservation confirmation, and I could even see my name and information on his screen, but he acted as if I didn't do the "final" confirmation, which I couldn't retrieve since using google on a iphone that wasn't currently with me. He literally had my reservation in front of he and I and couldn't admit to the the fact that he somehow messed up and left me hanging. He gave me grief over needing to cancel my reservation, which literally took 3 clicks of the mouse, after pressing him that he needed to cancel my reservation. Told me I needed to cancel online. I don't raise my voice, but I had to let the guy have it. WHAT A JOKE! I think the man went by "chris".

Never mind about this place doesn't honor reservations. Not only did I create an account online and made a reservation online, upon calling this neighborhood U-Haul the person behind the phone was very rude. This is not your neighborhood U-Haul! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time coming to this location!

I ordered a truck / van online at this location after calling the male employee who told me to do so. I then called the employee back to confirm I had reserved an available uhaul the next day and would be picking it up at 3pm. I gave my credit card information to confirm rental. I went to Uhaul SE 6th Street in Delray Beach at 3pm the next day to pick up Uhaul. The male employee was there and said that no trucks/van's were available and the one I reserved did not come back. The male employee was extremely rude and simply asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" All other Uhaul rental locations were closed in my area and the employee said that the one truck that they did have, he could not rent to me. How about letting me know this before coming in to location to pick up Uhaul? Customer service went out the door with me and I won't use this Company again.

Terrible service and I was charged extra for gas after they told to bring it back to 1/4 tank and they would give me $21 back. They charged way more than I was expected to be charged. I'm not pleased and I would like a refund.
