I am so grateful for Two Men and A Truck. I used them several times when I lived in Pembroke Pines, Fl. I am so glad I used them today. Mike and Jay were so professional, courtesy and very helpful throughout the move today. They were on time at 9:00 am and completed the move in a timely manner. I will use them again. A Million ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An excellent, local-based moving company with great employees! Arrive when they say they will, and the cost is established in advance. I have used them three times for Palm Beach County moves.

Stay away!!! I don't normally leave negative reviews for companies, but this company absolutely deserves one.
I needed a heavy mattress and adjustable bedframe moved, so I called and reviewed the logistics with Jarel Patrice, who was very pleasant to speak with. I was happy with the information and assurances he gave me regarding my particular situation, so I proceeded with Two Men and A Truck for the move.
First, the movers arrived late to the pick up location. Not a big deal, I understand that delays happen. I paid extra for a third mover (though not required) since I knew the mattress was heavy. Unfortuately, it was clear that all three movers were NOT experienced with an adjustable bedframe or mattress even though Jarel confirmed that the movers would be experienced with both heavy mattresses and adjustable bedframes.
When the movers arrived to the drop off location, I was appauled by how they handled the mattress. All three of the men were dragging the mattress on the floor and arguing with each other about grabbing and holding the mattress while bringing it into my condo. I paid extra for the mattress to be bagged and boxed for to make transportation easier and to protect the mattress, and it was NOT boxed when it left the pick up location or when it arrived at the drop off location. I paid for a box that was never even used...
When the movers arrived to the drop off, we were already over the one hour allotted time (likely due to their lack of experience, communication, and organization), so I asked them to simply place everything in the room and I will assmble the bed with the help of others. They stopped the clock after haphazardly placing the bedframe and bed in the bedroom.
To top it all off, the oldest man who appeared to do the least amount of work had the nerve to mention that I may "feel free to give a tip when paying" more than once to me. I always tip well as I used to work in the service industry, however, these movers did the bare minimum and didn't even finish the job... I was also charged $180 more than what I was quoted.
I called and spoke with the manager, Chris, who assured me that he would speak with all three of the movers from the job, then contact me by noon the following day. I never received a call back. I left a message for Chris 3 days later, then left another message for him 2 days after that. I spoke with two seperate associates who assured me that Chris would call me back when he could. It has now been over a month since my initial call with Chris and he has not yet called me back. I don't expect him to at this point.
I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and communication from this company. I could never recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone, and will certainly use a more caring company for any future moves. Their website says their core value is "all of our team members will treat every service like they were moving their own grandmother". That's clearly not the case - both with the physical moving of items and with customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There are scratches up and down my wooden stairs and all over the bedroom. A plank of wood was literally ripped off my stairs. By far the worst experience I have ever had with workers in my home. Will never use these movers again.

They get the job done for a cheap price. You get what you pay for, but all in all, the job was completed with no problems. At least none yet.

Two Men and a Truck Moving is a great company. I highly recommend them. Dean answered all of my questions and was very helpful with scheduling my move.
The moving team was fast and efficient. They took extra care ensuring breakable items were wrapped. My entire move was done within 2 hours.

Just completed a move from Boynton Beach to Melbourne. The physical move itself was ok, but there buisiness practices are unethical and unprofessional. The initial estimate for the move was $4174.66 with a written contract price not to exceed $4,474.66. With no prior warning or mention of any issues, after the move was completed we were presented with a revision to home estimate of $5,424.66 to pay. After questioning this with the representative from the company, he said the move took longer than anticipated. I stated that everything that was moved was present when the estimate was completed and nothing was added. I was offered a 5% discount and required to pay the new estimate. Stay as far away as possible from using this company and find a reputable one to handle your move.

The actual reservation was proficient. The movers were proactive but were heavy handed and rough with the furniture. They did not cover the box springs and They completely popped the screen door when moving a sofa outside. I would not use this company again if I could help it as they were throwing items in to the storage container.

We just moved last week, and having used Two Men and a Truck for a previous move, we called them again. This was a big move with a ton of furniture and boxes. The guys showed up right on time (giving us a heads up when they were on our way). They were very efficient and organized. They disassembled and reassembled furniture, putting it exactly where we had asked. They were very careful, always asking if it was OK to put something against a wall or letting us know when a furniture leg was a little wobbly. It was also one of the hottest days of the year and they didn't complain once. I highly recommend them!

I have used them many times and they never disappoint. The staff and drivers are very professional. Thanks to Jeremy and Brendon for making my 86 year old mother's last move as easy as possible!

If I could give more stars I would! From start to finish 2 Men and a Truck were amazing. The care they took with my items was so impressive. My movers went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this company.

The crew of 3 started on time and finished almost two hours early. Handled everything with care. I was very happy with the final price. I’d use them again.

Movers were timely and professional, however, I was charged for time that they were not working (~2 hours) based on the estimate instead of actual. They reimbursed me after,however, check your bill!
