What a terrible experience. I read great reviews of Stefanies business. I went to choose a tuxedo on May 7th for a May 14th event. I could only go by appointment with very limited available times. Stefanie was pleasant during the first visit. I explained that I am very difficult to fit. That my neck size was 18.5 or 19, sleeves16 and waist 42 in a XXL and coat at least 52 long. Her measurements were the same except 54L coat, 19 neck. I told her I would be traveling out of town on the 11th and 12th. She repeatedly reassured me everything would fit and that she has 30 years experience and that we would have plenty of time to fix any problems. I left there feeling this expensive rental was worthy. She called me on the 11th to say the suit was in. I reminded her that I was out of town but offered to come in in the afternoon on the 12th upon my return. She said she preferred the 13th and again reassured me that that allowed plenty of time for any changes. So, I arrive for my 11:30 appt on the 13th. Our greeting was pleasant. She said the tux was hanging in the changing room and asked to to try it on. The problem was immediately evident as the shirt collar fit but the body was way too big as it was a xxxl. She agreed and attempted to find something in her back room in a xxl. I have never been a xxxl ever. The first shirt she handed me was slim fit, xxl with 38 or 39 sleeves, lol. Im 6'4", 260. Joke. Then she found a regular xxl. The neck was too small. It was obvious she was not going to give me what I expected a 19/36 xxl. She suggested a "button extender". Joke. Seriously ??? A $241 one day rental with a button extender?? We began arguing and she stated "you began arguing the minute you walked in the door". Really??? How is that possible? Lol. She began the argument by suggesting that I should accept anything but perfection which she repeatedly offered prior. She kept repeating that I wasn't hearing her. Yet all she did was repeat the same irrelevant claims "if you go to Macys, a xxl has a 18 neck". Duh! Does she think a man my size isnt aware of that?? Thats why i dont buy shirts that require a buttoned neck at dept stores! Over and over she argued that I should accept a compromise. Either a very baggy shirt or a button extender. Joke. She then claims she explained this the first day. She did not. Im not an inexperienced dimwit. I would never have accepted such a proposal. This is why I went to her and why I started off explaining that im not easy to fit. So, despite her many reassurances that she knows exactly what shes doing and that we have plenty of time for corrections, this "expert" failed. And she failed at being polite. All she had to offer were unacceptable compromises and extreme argumentativeness. She very reluctantly accepted that she had failed. When the point in time came that it was clear she had failed she should have stopped arguing. Apparently, unwillingness to accept her compromise is an argument. She ultimately agreed to refund my $100 cash deposit with a check. I had to return to the store as she made an error in the refund. She began again immediately with her belligerence and irrelevant talking point about shirts in dept stores. I just took the check and walked out while she was behind me being belligerent with irrelevant excuses about retail stores. Joke. She ruined my nephews black tie wedding for me with her overconfidence and inability to properly correct her mistake despite her MANY reassurances that she would get it right and that she could correct any problem in time. Terrible experience. No better attention to detail than a regular rental retailer where I might expect such crap.

I was recommended by a friend to come here and I know I made the perfect decision. My husband and I were able to look through a large selection and were met with kindness and amazing customer service. 10/10 would go again.

If your in a pinch and need to get a rental for a suit or tux DO NOT GO HERE the gentleman over the phone caught an attitude when I told him I needed a suit or tux by the next evening and started saying "well that's great when did you learn this, couldn't have picked a better time" at this point I did not even want to go in so I took my business elsewhere

So my husband and I. ( Mr and Mrs. Storr☺)went by Stephanie and she was amazing. She paid attention to detail and boyy did she get it right! Everything was perfect for our amazing day. You are amazing Stepanie! Five stars

Stephanie is quite personable and goes the distance to provide excellent customer service. She made sure I understood all the options available to me, and even made my own dress shoes look better with a buffing. The store was never too busy and as far as I could tell they had a good selection.
