As others noted, do not consign with this place. 1. Moving company, employee and owner lied about moving times and fees. My home is within 30 minutes and they were at my home for less than 30 minutes and he tried to charge me $300 for the move. He told me he would reduce the charges but still charged me $235 for an hours move. They force you to use their movers. 2. The Delray store is a DUMP! The manager is completely unprofessional and extremely rude and they're opinion is generally if your furniture isn't designer then it's garbage. 3. I gave them furniture in good condition and when I came into the store, there was blood right on the cushion and they wouldn't admit that it happened on their watch. I used a very bright LED light and went over every inch of every piece before handing things over. They damaged the couch and unfortunately I had to leave it there. 3. They sent checks to a home address that months earlier had mail cancelled. They knew we sold the house but didn't ask where to send the checks. 4. They sold expensive pieces for nothing and gave me 40%. 5. Male employee hung up on me. Several employees are extremely rude and unprofessional and they lie, just like the owner. When your things sell quickly, you know they were underpriced! These people are not to be trusted. IMHO, they are completely unscrupulous. This owner is not the original owner of True Treasures, when it had a very good reputation. If you have the time to sell your furniture on your own, do so. Anything is better than this place. The owner of this company will take you for every cent. He's despicable and so are his employees! They will lie and cheat you out of every penny.

Wow, why buy at full retail when True treasures exists.Until you find what you want, you must visit 2x a week. Great employees Great service and my favorite Great value!!!

Very unprofessional place-the owner Paul needs training immediately . He does not appreciate anyone’s business .The movers used lies to manipulate the owner and the owner stood by the mover not me . as a good client tgat spent thousands in that store; I am insulted . the moves imposed upon me and paul did nothing to make things right. he took zero accountability for the financial and emotional imposition,Do not consign items at this store-true treasures approved over 10 items .1) The movers lied-they called a scratch In the back of a new item -a gash bc they did not want to lift heavy furniture2) the movers stopped mid job-left without taking 5 items in perfect condition ( items agreed upon ) and they never told the owner Paul they left great items . True treasures lost & over these bad actions3) Paul did not hold the movers accountable for failing to finish the job agreed upon4) the movers destroyed my entire day. The movers dropped furniture on my lawn of a palm beach condo and the owner Paul did not address the bad action .5) The movers stole 3 items and Paul did not hold movers accountableTrue disgraceDo not consign at this company -horrible experience

Had the best experience shopping with Arlen. She was so sweet and helpful. Fair pricing and amazing selection. Joshua was such a help loading and moving the pieces so getting everything home was quick and easy.

This place is not what it used to be. They went into a modern direction. Furniture quality is terrible and prices are ridiculously high. There are much better consignment shops in the surrounding area.

Really nice team there. Everyone reached out to help and think about what we wanted. A+ class. The variety is really great as well from very modern to antiques to refinished. Lots of creative and as they represent what looks like 100's of clients...there is a lot to cover. They have at least 2,000 items there and it doubts like they might know where to find anything if they don't have it. I was surprised they didn't collect the data of what we needed and send it out to a group chat. Otherwise, great operation!

I'm addicted! ANY time I pass the store, I have to go inside. They always have great furniture from the area's estate homes, etc., and you never know what gem you will find. Not CHEAP, but certainly less expensive than retail. And the staff is always helpful. I highly recommend.

I love shopping at True Treasures Delray, for great buys and a friendly & helpful staff. My latest addition is this great dining room table and chairs...love at first sight!! And better yet, right now dining room furniture is15% off regular price. Arlan was super, helping me out with measurements and arranging the delivery with Keys Moving (which is also exceptional) and well priced. So, the deal...7' x 4' perfect glass, setting on two tessellated coconut pedestals, with six Italian chairs for Baker/Milling Road...$2,200. I could not be happier!

Love Jason when he was selling. It used to be so much fun to buy and sell. I feel as if they are losing that part of the business….. Its not fun anymore. Getting too cold and pricing out long time clients w cold emails ie the girl that take the photos responds “we will pass”. Not oh Hi Ms …. Thank you and while your piece is lovely we arent ……happy Thanksgiving etc. ie That cld be a bad thing for business in the long run…I tried to resell an adorable table which everyone wants and sold it in minutes to another consignment. I remember when I went once into shop to buy which I do more then resale and bumped into an lovely elderly lady who came in to see what items of hers had sold and what didn't and she looked so sad about a piece that didn't sell and didnt want to reduce the price so I bought it at asking price and she was so happy & told her how much I loved it. I didnt need it but it makes me so happy to look at it in my kitchen cabinet now. great place to buy and sell in any event. I love the staff in no palm. Get charming Jason back in sales. He is too good to be back of house. Promote him to selling. Trust me I know. I run a hotel in NYC

Very nice shop, merchandise and people, but I found what I was looking for at Habitat... a Natuzzi leather loveseat in perfect condition for $149. Find of the decade! Second choice would prob have been a loveseat from True Treasures.

True Treasures had just what we were looking for today. They always have interesting things to look at. When we go there it is truly a treasure hunt.
