Selection is just average, when I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Could have been more attentive and helpful. I also overheard someone ask about something on the sale rack and the employee responded with “check the sign”

Love this store. Whenever I’m in the Delray area, I go there. Tootsies has high quality trendy shoes of all kinds and very helpful staff. I recently bought a pair of Andrea Conti sneakers there , and two days later when I was no longer on the east coast, my friend noticed a string hanging from the back that had come out of its place. I sent a picture of it to Tootsies , along with my receipt & a replacement was sent to my home in NY immediately. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. They stand behind their merchandise. I highly recommend this store.

Had a wonderful experience at Tootsies! Love all of the shoes I purchased and have received many compliments?. The strap broke on one of the shoes and Tootsies replaced them with a new pair. Excellent customer service!

I stopped in here today and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful selection of shoes. I ended up buying four pairs and two purses. Receive great service and help from DIdi. Wonderful friendly service!!
