Horrible place that ruined my nails in one go. I’ve been doing my nails for the last 2 years and this place took 1 time on them and ruined them but over failing them. Now they are braking in the middle of the nail where it’s so deep that it goes in my skin. You can see my first review below. But here is where I stand now after the damage that was done. You have no idea how that hurts and I have no idea how to take off the gel without all the pain that will be caused by the acetone when soaking them off. The little one also broke bad, but thankfully it grew out more and it’s not at the skin anymore. This person should be trained

Terrible paint job on the fingernails the nails are lumpy and uneven. The man was also pulling my fingers if I touched my phone. Overall bad experience and now I have to get them redone after one week. Will not be coming back. Also, this was at $70. lol

Yesterday was my first time at this Salon, I stopped in needing a last minute manicure, and I have to say it was the best I've had in a while. Ilana/Elana (I might have misheard her name) did my nails and she was amazing. I got a gel manicure - she took her time, listened to everything I asked for and was just very thorough overall. Really an amazing nail tech and will be back. I highly recommend!!

We first went to another Tipsy before landing here. Upon arrival at the first one, the front desk girl was a nitwit. After she couldn’t get it right what we were even doing there we ended up leaving and came to this Tipsy location. So glad it happened. Great salon and great friendly manager. I had a man at station 8 so my nails. I can’t remember his name (sorry) but he did a great job, took his time, and I was so happy with the final results. Will definitely be back!

It’s like walking into an alternative reality where they are trying to get bad reviews. When I walked in, there were four people working. Each was a comic book character. One was “iPhone Teenager Girl,” a superhero who has become one with her cell phone and cannot even look up from behind the counter. Second was “Hock a Loogie Man” who was literally snorting phlegm and spitting it into a garbage can. Third was an employee who basically ignored me. I think he was an extra. Then there was the manicurist, clearly a prisoner taken captive from a good nail salon. There were no other customers but me dumb enough to be there. Tipsy, as a company, needs to more careful choose its franchisees. I can’t trust their brand anymore.

They dipped my whole finger tip in the powder which is very is unsanitary and after a few days my skin around the nail was inflamed on every finger. When I went back to complain, they were dismissive and said it's dry skin. It was damaged skin from a careless nail tech. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I had a disappointing experience at a Tipsy Salonbar, and this isn’t my first visit to different locations. While everyone at this particular location was friendly, it seemed like they lacked proper training. It took over two hours for the gentleman to complete a mani-pedi, and the result was smudged with uneven paint. Usually, this type of service doesn’t take close to this amount of time at other locations, and the quality is much better. Typically, Tipsy Salonbars operate efficiently, but this location felt deserted, and without the usual quick turnover, perhaps this is why there’s no wait here, but it’s disappointing nonetheless.

This was the most uncleanliness Tipsy I’ve been to. All I got was a pedicure and I didn’t see any tools sitting in barbicide. The staff was very nice but unfortunately I won’t go back unless they have a deep clean done to their salon and I visually see all tools in barbicide where they belong after every client.
Also my toe polish lasted 34 hours till I put socks on the following day and all of it came right off.

This was my first visit to Tipsy Salon. I did get my money back. Here is what happened. I was on time. The manicurist ( Lori) I had made an appointment with since she had amazing reviews on line, was running very late and they asked if I would consider someone very good. I was hesitant, but said OK. This manicurist, Lena seemed pleasant enough but from the moment I sat down was SO rushed. She started filing my nails - so rough and intensely and it hurt the side of my fingers. Then, she got out the cuticle sizzors and it felt like she was attacking my cuticles. I asked her 3 times and clearly said and stopped her . I said that she was hurting me and my cuticles were sensitive and she said each time that she would do it gentler. Finally, at the 4th request, she did. Then, I went to wash my hands and sat down and she literally ran over to another client who just had a hair blow out and asked her if she wanted to have a wax! The customer kindly said no, she saw I was sitting at the manicure table and Lena just keep pushing her and said she will done quickly ( with me!) and for her to have a drink and wait for her. This was ridiculous, I said that I wanted to go pay and decided to tell them I was just going to leave. I figured this could only go from bad to worse.- and cost $37 ( I like dazzle dry). I told the receptionist my experience and to just keep my $19 deposit and that I wanted to leave.. She called over the manager who was very nice and apologetic and refunded my deposit. oh my. The good part is that the salonbar is near Whole Foods and I did my shopping.

We love coming to Tipsy for our Mani/pedi. We always have such great service and everyone is so friendly!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

On vacation and happened to just walk in for a pedi. WHAT A TREAT. The staff is very kind and do a great job. Be sure to ask Ivanka. She takes great pride in her work and is very pleasant. I would return for certain if I lived here!!

The tech used dipping powder on my nails as requested. The staff seemed gloomy. No one even smiled and barely spoke to me. My nails looked okay when I left but there were some sharp edges I noticed that I carefully filed when I got home. I won't be going back. Looking for a friendlier feel.
