Perfect place for any gift! And they always help choose the perfect combos for monogram styles and floss that coordinate with the item. Everything I've bought always turned out perfect and exactly as ordered. And when I'm not sure what to gift this store has tons of great ideas. And there are so many cute extras I can't help but grab something extra on my way to check out. They also have a great sale section!

Had a nice collection of different items to personalize. Did not really help me and was to busy to help me pic out a gift. I also asked if i could rush and order and she did not help.

Small town customer service with big town variety . Quality items that seem exclusive to this speciality shop. Great selection of gifts and treats for myself. The monograming and attention to detail is perfection. Sabrina is always accommodating, pleasent and eager to please. Her taste is impeciable as is the shop. I love the fact that every time I stop in there are new goodies to choose from. Located on a quiet street that has plenty of parking this vintage house is a hidden gem in Delray. A must for locals and visitor's.

I have mixed feelings about the store. I have purchased many items here from bracelets to necklaces to handbags and more. They always have cute items and decent prices but when I had a problem last year with my purse (It basically fell apart after 3 months), they wouldn't do anything about it. So I was out of luck. That's the problem when you shop in a small store- if you have a problem you know that you might not get things dealt with like you would in a dept store. It is cute as they have baby items, make up bags, jewelry and more ...but not a total fan because of my past issue.

Having shopped at the Monogram Closet for years I will also be taking my business elsewhere. After ordering a few gifts the shop did not take responsibility for the incorrect monograms, I had to purchase new gifts, this is not acceptable. The owner Sabrina was not concerned and did nothing to try to make her customer happy.

Quite rude to customers. When I went to purchase and pick out my order the sales person was extremely helpful. Not the case when I went to pick up my order. I was rudely greeted, told they may have given my order to someone else (I already paid) and then scolded me that she had to spend time looking for my things when I planned to browse the store a bit more. Like anybody would have done, I decided to leave after that exchange and not spend another dollar. I have a lot of respect for small businesses and frequent the ones around town just about every weekend, but won't return here, especially after the owner yelled "whatever!" like a bratty teenager to me as I left. Although I'm happy with the product I purchased, which was done in a timely manner, I hope the owner realizes she has a reputation for being rude as I was warned before walking in the door about this, but decided to check it out anyways.
