Michael did an excellent job! He provided amazing customer service, was responsive, professional, and we genuinely felt like he cared about us and did everything possible to ensure our decision was an informed and smart choice.

My year at this apartment community has been great ! Everyone in the office is always helpful and friendly. The community is well-maintained and super welcoming. (I mean also, look at this view.) Highly recommend this place.I also wanted to add that I’ve really enjoyed the surrounding area, too. Walking distance to the bagel place is a huge plus. The Boys being right across the street is awesome - you don’t have to worry about their ridiculous parking lot ?

Any place has its ups and downs right? . I had my bike locked in the downstairs of the C building and it got stolen a few days after I had it put there. It was a beautiful pink cruiser. No rust nothing. It's so upsetting. I had just got it too.... There are no cameras in the hallways.. which need to be installed. My boyfriend who lives there did not report it because his lease is ending in March and he's leaving.Now this place used to be really good. He moved in here about 5 years ago. Place was safe. A lot of people are moving in from different states now and like most of us who don't want any issues, we are fleeing north. ? This is coming from someone that moved from Miami Beach to Delray thinking this would be safer. Funny thing is I also bought a cruiser for myself in Miami Beach. It got stolen there too. Moral of the story: DO NOT LOCK YOUR BIKES IN A PLACE WHERE THERE ARE NO CAMERAS. I don't think I'm ever buying a bike in Florida again :) thanks to all the shady Florida people. We did not report it but fountains: please consider getting cameras.. you'll thank me later

I lived in the apartment complex for a total of 5 years. I chose not to renew my lease this year simply because I out grew the space and wanted something renovated and closer to better job opportunities. Throughout all the 5 years, I can say I truly enjoyed living in this complex. I have little to no complaints. Kimberly and Emily have been an amazing help to me when I had any concerns or problems. The maintenance men always completed our work orders in a timely matter and effectively. I would recommend this complex to others who are looking to reside in the Delray area.

The Fountains were top notch! Walking into the office was welcoming and the staff made me feel at home. Susan & Emily were very helpful and attentive. I would recommend the community for the office staff alone, but it was a very pretty community too.
