Rooms need work, beds are old and need replacing. One of 2 elevators were out of order for our entire stay. Location and staff were great!Walkability: You can walk to downtown Delray for shops and restaurants, or even easier walk to the beautiful Delray beach.

Quality, affordable hotel just a few blocks away from Delray beach.Pros:- Fairly clean room- Comfortable bed- Balcony w/ chairs- Great view on east-facing side- Walking distance to beach- Large space- Full kitchen + living room area- Black-out shades on all windows- Modern, well-stocked bathroom- Helpful staff- Great food in the area- Pool (I didn't use, so can't speak to quality)Minor Cons (in my experience):- Balcony door was open when I arrived; some bugs had made their way inside (small annoyance, not a big deal at all); AC was still on trying to battle the heat outside;- Alarm clock was set for 6am when I get there; I hadn't noticed and was planning on getting a bit more sleep- Not a very new building, if that's what you're looking forOverall, it was a great stay and I'd definitely come back.The cons I mentioned above were very minor, and two of them were probably just flukes that happened to affect my room.

Great views and location near the beach. The beds are very comfortable as well and fast elevators. Skip the standard hotel breakfast for better places in the area.

What a great place to stay!!! Location can't be beat and the rooms were nice, clean and very spacious! Bfast and the pool were nice. Staff was very attentive and friendly.Would absolutely come here again next time we visit Delray.(Only thing I would suggest for later/future renovations is expanding the exercise room a bit)

Excellent location, we had 1BR 2QB suite and it was perfect. Huge pool. Hot tub kinda small. Fitness center very small. Would stay again. View from room 907

Our family visited south Florida and stayed at Atlantic Suites for almost a week. What a wonderful hotel located just a block or so from the beach, restaurants and activities. The rooms are spacious suites with balconies along with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. We enjoyed a full and complete buffet breakfast every morning and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. In fact, one desk representative, Lovelie, assisted us with information about the hotel and the area even before we left California. I knew this would be a great place to stay.I would, without question, recommend this hotel.

Quiet and cozy little piece of paradise. I will be coming back to this ocean view room again...and again. I had a relaxing and fun little staycation for my birthday. Breakfast was delicious. Loved my balcony and the view of the ocean was amazing on the top floor. Maybe some of the staff could smile a little more. The employee standing there while we waited for the elevator didn't even crack a smile at my horrible attempt to dance in place and sing along to the Janet Jackson song playing in the background, lol. Overall this was a great experience!

Very spacious and newly remodeled rooms. Once you step out of the hotel you're in walking distance to several restaurants, shops and the beach.

My family had 4th of July plans but after checking in, the construction debris was left all over both balconies and bed bugs in the couch which cancelled our stay immediately. We checked out because we were afraid of bringing bedbugs home with us. Had the cancel our family trip and debug our luggage and bodies after a two hour ride back home. Booked the room because it was close to the beach and nice pictures, but not worth the infestation.Walkability: 10 min walk to Pineapple Grove, movie theater and restaurants near beach

Would have been great if we had not found bugs in our bed. I sent the staff photos and have not heard back. Very disappointing.Aside from this, the location is perfect.

Moldy smell in the room, the sheets and towels had stains. There are other doors in your room that leads to other rooms even though is locked from inside your room ,it still felt and feels scary. I couldn't sleep. every times there was a noise i jumped and thought someone was opening from the other side.also you could hear every conversation from the other roomsOh and there were a lot of dustPlease find another hotelRooms: Describe above

Great location, but this hotel needs lots of work. They market themselves as a luxury resort, including their room rates, but it feels more like a Residence Inn. Rooms need make updates, and breakfast buffet is mediocre, at best. But... The location is great, and just a short walk to the beach or to restaurants and clubs.

What a disappointment!! We were excited for our stay at this hotel but they put us in an awful room- ground floor and facing the parking lot. I cried when we got to the room because I was so looking forward to a beautiful, relaxing view. The room felt like a dungeon. It was dated and DIRTY. The mattress on the primary bed was extremely hard and the pull out bed mattress was shot. The workout room was tiny and filthy. They have extremely stinky candles in the lobby, which makes you wonder what kind of smells they are trying to hide. The hotel felt like a giant, scammy bait-and-switch. The positives: free breakfast, free parking, location to beach and restaurants.
