They don’t buy anything with a power button first of all and should also train on customer service and phone behavior and sense. Just my opinion

“They buy anything with a button” is hilariously untrue. I had the worst experience today at this store. I brought in a 2022 Lenovo laptop and 2 iPhones. Lamar without even looking at the Lenovo said they only buy Mac Book Pros. Mind you I had asked a few questions and Lamar was very short with every answer like I had interrupted his day. When I asked “ You guys sell electronics? Lamar said “yes, can’t you see!” I did see an Apple Watch I’m not going buy now. Lamar then became even more hostile with the iPhones when he said “ you want to sell these and they aren’t even charged and you don’t have them ready” I then said I could go to the car and get a charger. Lamar then reached right behind and pulled out a charger. He then told they would buy them for $1 each, oh and he never looked at phones either. Even though I’m new Delray I’ll be going elsewhere to set up my home office and purchase my electronics.

Had my laptop there for repair, and 5 weeks later. It never got fixed.But, it did get moved to another location without notice as this one was temporarily closed, and my backpack, charger and mouse were lost in the transporation.So all in all, I lost money and time, while dealing with them.After reaching out to Corporate and trying to get the BBB to help out, they avoided BBB's letter's as well.I no longer trust them. Sleezy business practices.

I needed a screen saver for my phone. Both Verizon and ATT were out of the size I needed and suggested I go to Techy. They gave me a $10 coupon to use. Not only did the adorable young man behind the counter find a screen saver that would work until the right size came back in stock...he accepted the coupon as full payment and promised to swap out the old one for a new one when they were back in stock. I cannot remember getting such good customer service in a very long time...

A few weeks ago my phone screen went black. I had a similar issue a week or 2 prior to this for which I took to a different Techy store. I just assumed since it happened again its time for a new phone. It was around dinner time and I was frantically searching for an AT\\u0026T store which of course were all closed. My business is phone based so I saw Techy was open and thought I'll give it a shot. Patrick was very kind even with me walking in 15 minutes prior to closing. He examined the phone and resolved the issue quickly. He was a life saver that day! Thank you Patrick!!!

I brought my iPhone to Techy in Delray Beach. The phone had a charging problem. It would charge only sporadically and it didn’t matter where I charged or which charging cord I used. Techy cleaned out the phone charging port, removed lint and whatever else was clogging the port.this was done without charge. The phone now is charging fine. I appreciated the prompt and courteous service and, of course, the prompt resolution of the problem.

I went to Apple to see how much a new screen and battery would cost and the bill was $270. Then of course they said it wasn't worth it and I should get an IPhone 14. Well I had to think about it as my IPhone 11 was still very good just needed service. So I went to see Patrick at Techy in Delray. He gave me a new screen and battery for $120. Lifetime guarantee! Ok on top of that he is going to install a glass cover for no charge when he gets the cover in. He was just out of stock on that. Now my IPhone 11 is brand new again and saved hundreds of dollars. Told Apple all about it lol. I am extremely happy

My iPhone 11 screen was previously repaired in California and it starting separating when I was visiting Florida. Took it to Patrick at Techy and he took care of my screen in 15 minutes it was replaced with a warranty. A week later I realized my battery was 78%. Took it to Techy and Grant replaced my battery in 30 minutes! I am so glad I found this place and really appreciate the service and care I received. Definitely recommend this business. Thanks guys!!!
