Yesterday I rescued a 90 Pound Old English Sheepdog. When leaving the rescue center, I called Petsmart and thankfully got Paul. He helped me find everything I needed to bring my girl home to her forever home. Paul said he was just doing his job. But that’s not accurate. He provided caring and such grace I won’t forget it!

Very rude blonde haired manager came up and spoke to a friend and I telling us we can't be training our dogs in the store, we were holding items in our hands, and talking about the game from the night before, not even talking to, or about her dog. Awful brash assumptions to make. Won't be going back into this store.

Left my cat, Honeycomb, at the pet hotel for almost a week while I was out of state. It was the first time (to my knowledge) that he's been boarded. He wasn't eating or making any BMs, but the staff was so helpful and eased my anxieties by giving me updates and working hard to help his appetite. A few amazing people that I've spoken to are: Dani, Jen, Erica (or Erika, apologies for any misspellings), and Dr. Gaines. They were also kind enough to let my sister, a grooming employee, visit him. Thanks again everyone!

Lost power, said cash only. So i left to get cash, came back and they nvm were not taking cash either. In the time I wasted getting cash, i could have gone elsewhere.

After 2 years of taking my dogs there, they told me they wouldn’t take them on weekends or busy times bc they take too long… awful customer service! It’s all about making money.

Highly recommend. I have used the Dog Hotel 3 times and will use this location in the future. Dan the manager was great and delivered amazing customer service. Highly recommend the service and the staff is amazing. They value our business and show it. Great with my dog Luca. A++++
