If you want to aggravate your employees and ruin your customer relationships make sure to open a business account at this address at this bank. They will do everything in their power to sabotage your business relations with your walk-in customers. They are rude unprofessional arrogant and know less than nothing. They argue among themselves out loud about a check that you bring into cash and act Completely bewildered if you tell them that you do not have an account here. Although they see me here on a regular basis cashing checks they always act like it's the first time I walk into the bank. They speak out loud about the check so that other people nearby might hear it and that gives me less security when I have to walk out of the bank to my car. They should not be advertising the amount nor the fact that I am getting cash!!!!! Just horrible service from Aldo and Theresa. Go elsewhere, please.

FCB was bought out by Synovus bank. I personally don't bank here but I am often here to make deposits for my employer. They have a location closer to my Boca Raton office but that location doesn't have a drive thru. This location is awesome so I don't mind driving a little further. I have only used the drive thru. The tellers are VERY friendly and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other businesses. I like coming here and no, not because it gets me out of the office-although that is nice too. Some days the wait is a little longer if they are short on staff. The nice thing is they let you know when you pull up. There is total transparency which I greatly appreciate. This bank provides exceptional service to drive thru customers and from what I hear they are equally as kind inside too. Located on the south side of Atlantic just east of Military Trail right before the Dunkin Donuts.

Only one star because ZERO is not available. So, I have been with the previous bank Florida community bank. While they weren't the best, they weren't the worst until now. My bank rep John took the time to drive to my place of business to give me a debit card that was to replace the Fl community card. I called to activate and jumped through all the security questions and then I was asked for the last few transactions made on the account. Well at my age I don't remember what I had for breakfast. So, I could not tell them my last transactions on the account, so no activation. So all the trouble John went through to get me my card, management dropped the ball again. This is the second time I am leaving feedback on Yelp. Here is the first review! This is probably the worst bank I have ever banked with. Been with the Great Fl bank then it became synovus and it went from ok to TERRIBLE! I wanted to move money from one account to another, a transaction we have done hundreds of times before. Now, I have to go into the bank personally (not available online to do) and waste 20 minutes going out of my way to the bank and then 20 min to complete the transaction. Then my debit card from Fl Community bank, (the bank synovus took over) was shut down without notice and NOT replaced with the synovus card. Went to Wawa gas station and tried to buy gas, inserted card and found out the card account was closed without notice and the pump said "FRAUD CARD". John, at the bank, has been the only reason I stayed, however, John can only do so much... No more rinky-dink banks for me! Thanks to John for trying to save this account. synovus should double his salary for cleaning up for management's stupidity!!!!!

Just opened an account here for our HOA. Went to the drive thru on a Friday afternoon and waited 15 minutes. maybe because of the conversion.
