They work neat, great results and fair/competitive pricing. Multi generation family operated business with quality products. We’ve used them for carpet and laminate flooring and have been happy with both.

I am 100% happy with the beautiful LVP floor that Surles Rug Company installed for me! I can’t tell the floor isn’t wood without touching it. :) Surles is a family owned and operated local business, and from beginning to end, every part of the process with them went perfectly. Their office on Federal Highway in Delray has 100s (1000s?) of samples. Four days in a row, I was in and out of there with as many samples as I could carry, and Leon Surles (father) was friendly and helpful each time. I spoke with Leon (son) to schedule once I finalized my selection, and everything went as planned. Leon and his 2 sons (one of whom is also Leon!) did the installation. We were in and out for the first few days as they were working, and they were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up each day before they left. I was gone when they finished and Leon (son) sent me photos. When I got home,it was obvious that they had taken care in re-positioning furniture and decorations where they belonged. I realized that I wanted a change in something we hadn’t talked about,and Leon (son) came out quickly to change it for me. I also know that if I have any future problems, they will address it. Price-wise, they were competitive with the big box stores. This company gets my very highest recommendation, and I urge anyone looking at a new floor to check them out!

The whole family is cordial, inviting, and trustworthy. As soon as I entered the store, I felt comfortable and sure that I would be served well. I took samples home and ordered the rugs the next day. When the rugs were installed, the furniture was removed and replaced. Since the installation wasn't completed in one day, I gave Leon my key so he could come back the next day when I wasn't home. When I returned home, one unit wasn't in the exact place I wanted. Leon came back and moved the piece. He also made sure my internet service and phone were working. I was treated like family. I recommend this company unconditionally.
