Not my 1st rodeo using a self-wash location but decided to actually sample the wax output in the spraying...Normally after washing/rinse & then the wax mode , you are able to see the difference as the spray becomes a little milky with wax. I just used the wax mode & sent the sample out to be tested...Guess what hardly a trace of wax..

Definitely charged me $15 and on the machine where you pay at, it says I was charged $9.36

So I am visiting family. Used this car wash and I know I hit the stop button(I unfortunately used my credit card) when the charge was nearing $5 mark ie the min. for cc charges. I checked my bank statement and I am being charged an additional $10. Called and whomever I spoke to acted like it was my fault. I use self service car washes frequently where I reside so I am not ignorant of the instructions and English IS my primary language. I see another complaint where the user hit stop and the stop did not work. Based on that I dont believe this is an isolated incident. The self service wash brush was mashed and heavily worn so I dont think based on my experience and what I saw at the place the owner really give a damn about customers just about the financial return. Ill be filing a claim with my bank. Anyone have the same issue PLEASE post a review. Owner did not seem to be empathetic towards their customers based on the sarcasm of their responses. Thats very telling!

It's a scam of a self-cleaning car wash. One quarter only gives you 15 seconds. For just using water and they don't tell you how much time you get when you pay. The entire time I wasted time putting in more quarters

I absolutely adore coming to this car wash! It's such a blast being able to wash my own car here. I always have a great time and can come whenever I please. It's just so much fun!

You can’t stop the credit charges until it reaches $15. Trying to stop the car wash and charges is impossible. The stop button is broken intentionally on all bays.

Love this place not many self serve car washes left out there anymore. It’s kind of tight quarters here. So don’t bring a trailer. My sprinter just fit. But other than that. It’s a very nice spot. Also has an automatic wash if you don’t wanna do it yourself.

Most times the credit card machine is down.
Almost always out of soap. Both for spraying and the foam brush.
* Poorly maintained.
I use to go once a week, now I go elsewhere.

I’m newly retired, I don’t have a company car anymore and I sure don’t wanna pay $25 or more to have my car washed!There’s not too many places around here that you can wash your own car. This service, my purpose perfectly! $3.75. Exterior only. They do not provide change so know that in advance. They take bills and quarters. My car looks fantastic and now I have enough money for a margarita or two!

Auto wash does not work on SUV’s with rear and forward faces that are more vertical. Even the lower sides where still dirty.I have already washed the rear before takening below pic. But you can see the one area where some dirt is still there

The car wash is reasonably priced and almost never a line. The vacuum is a little bit pricey though. $2 is the minimum price and there's no way to vacuum an entire vehicle in the allotted time

It's a far distance for me but it's a very clean place and the nice surrounding I feel pretty safe going there by myself so far so good we never know about tomorrow Oki doki
