“Quite possibly the best CubeSmart in the world, thanks entirely to Tracy. She’s always on-site and ready to help, maintaining a clean, bright facility with a friendly, secure atmosphere. The storage area is well-kept, and there’s even tasteful, easy-listening pop music playing inside, which adds a nice touch. Tracy’s dedication shines in the ways she assists customers, whether coordinating gate access for POD deliveries or finding lower-cost units when CubeSmart Corporate raises rates. In fact, my only complaint pertains to CubeSmart Corporate, not this facility or Tracy. CubeSmart increased my storage fee rate by 22% after only six months—not cool. So while I do not recommend CubeSmart Corporate, I absolutely recommend Tracy and her operation. She's the best.”

“I had a really great experience the young lady at the front Wilberthe she is just, amazing!! We walked in right as they opened and she had a smile and was ready to serve us and did it with no problems. Easy and quick. The assistant property manager Job came over to introduce himself to us and Made sure that we felt welcome to the property and Told us never to hesitate to call or ask any questions about things happening on the property or with our bill. They then escorted us to our unit which A 10 x 15 with high ceilings just what we needed the storage space was freshly painted and it was clean no Damages to the wall units or ceiling… Highly recommend”
