Tried buying a truck here, Erika never got back to me, Nester said he was to busy and I emailed managers Sanchez and Moreno and both there emails came back as undeliverable. How do you run a business like this ?

Traded in a 2018 Grand Cherokee for a 2024 Grand Cherokee on 10/14/2023 Fully accommodating when trying to make a deal but after finding out that the vehicle was built with two different front seats that don’t match not so accommodating. Told it will take five days to receive a new seat to be replaced And it’s been over two weeks and still no new seat. Took over two weeks to get reimbursement check from equity in old grand Cherokee No took two weeks to get odometer statement to cancel extended warranty on old Jeep. They have plenty of inventory that they can pull a seat from And make a customer happy but claim it’s a safety issue if they swap seat. If you actually buy a vehicle from Schumacher, make sure you check the car over with a fine tooth comb before delivery or they will dismiss you but happy to take your money. Being told that the UAW strike is causing it to take longer to get the seat when they have more than 40 of them sitting on the lot. Buyer beware.

Ask for Charlotte! She was so pleasant and applied zero pressure, yet knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove. We were planning on getting the car at a popular no haggle dealer and only wanted to test drive the car. Charlotte worked her magic and BOOM, we have a new car (not a used one). Very happy.

Horrible service price...they sad 1700$ cost shocked me,,,,,affter my private mechanicker will fix the car 600$ feel the diffrent.and i paid the inspection 230$..... (same terrible)and left behind this service
