One Star and they don't deserve that star.....Never experienced such frustration trying to get any department to answer or return my calls. We have 5 printers. It isn't Xerox at fault. Now phone number is not available. Are they still in business?

As a now former customer as of today, I can tell you the customer experience with them is just plain not acceptable. From the lack of timely service of the machine,(with multiple weeks without a copier/printer) to a return freight charge of $400 they are just awful.

They are the worst company I have dealt with in over 40 years owning my own business. Stay away, there are plenty of good companies suppling the same service and equipment.

Worst Service Ever!!!!!. In all of my 20+ years of working with printers, sales, vendors in general, Saxon is the worse and its mot even close.They do not have enough techs and the ones they do have don't really know what they are doing. They don't back up their product, that is terrible to. Xerox used to be a good printer, not anymore.They will sell you on a lie that they will service within a certain time and supplies with auto ship. Do buy into it, it's all lies!!!Do not sign a contract with them. Use my experience with them to stay away from them.

Horrible! The worse customer service, they do not fix the machines, do not care about their customers. I asked to speak to a manager and the response was "its almost 5pm and they can't speak to you now because we are closing" what? I can't believe a manager wouldn't take a phone call from a unhappy customer because its 4:55pm. Unacceptable.

Our very large organization relies heavily on our copiers/printers. When something goes wrong, we know we can depend on Saxon to get us up and running with very little down time. Saxon customer service - from reporting to job completion - is outstanding. Our field technician, David, is "the Fixer" and unfailingly pleasant.

Saxon is a good company that provides great service. From the sales personnel all the way to the field technicians, the service is punctual, personable, quick, and competent. Our field technician, Gary Dejesus, is very good at getting to us fast if we request a service call and, if more than one visit is needed to fix it due to parts being ordered, he is excellent at keeping me in the loop regarding when the part will get here and getting it installed and the device back up ASAP. I give Saxon 6 stars!

Avoid them at all costs. Customer service declines once you sign a contract. At first everything went well until we needed tech support. No replies, missed appointments, no support. When we tried to cancel our contract for misrepresenting their service they wouldn't allow us. Over priced and unreliable. Seek different service.

HORRIBLE! Called for service and they said there was an invoice 4+ months old still open. I've never seen the invoice but they said it was for a 3 hour service call.....the one the technician came out and diagnosed that we needed a new motherboard. He didn't repair anything in that 3 hours but we paid $1900+ for the repairs. Now they want to hold us hostage for another $600+ dollars!! Terrible business practices.

Called them multiple times to set up a support appointment, but they never showed up nor did they call me back. Even after I tried calling them again to set up yet another appointment, they told me a technician would call me to confirm the appointment, but nothing. Don't even bother calling them.
