Absolutely horrible experience. I had to wait an hour for a drop off. Rude staff and only computers at front desk. Do yourself a favor and do not use quest.

Overall experience was good, Patricia was great at taking my blood and found my very small veins right away. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend making an appointment before going and not trying to walk in, I got there 5 minutes late to my appt and was taken 10 minutes after getting there so i didn’t have to wait long. This location is by far the cleanest quest I have been to.

Just left this Quest office my appointment was great October 23 2023 at 7am my husband was 7;15am within 10 minutes after going prepared with my scan code both of us were in and out in 30 minutes it was easy clean and the staff was professional and friendly especially Michelle was my nurse that did blood work checkin was simple I don’t know why such negative reviews, I highly recommend this office in my personal opinion nothing wrong with this office at all if you go prepared!!!

Checked in sat down and was called back in under 5 minutes. I wish I remembered the woman's name... she was professional and knew what she was doing.. super nice and was very gentle.

They have the rudest staff out of any lab I have ever been to in my life. Your staff named Pam shouldn't even have a job. She's so rude. I will tell everybody I know never to go to this place. There's a reason you have a 2.7 rating. You don't deserve that. many better places than quest don't go here.

Kela, Joanne, and Patricia gave the most professional and kind experience I have ever had at Quest. They were very efficient, and took care of me as a walk-in. I recommend this location for any Quest Diagnostic services.

Staff are unhelpful. No one to help check-in is ridiculous. I just had to pick up a urine collection container and had to wait +35 minutes after my appointment time

As a medical professional, I have never been more infuriated with an outpatient facility. This place should have their license revoked. I have been here 4 times as it is very close to my home and very convenient. But 3/4 times it has been a major problem. Come here at your own peril if you have an important lab to be done.The lab staff seems to be completely overwhelmed 100% of the time. Each time I have been in there, they have declared "no more walk ins" . It seems that close by is a drug testing facility that sends them a lot of business. If you're not part of that business stream - forget it.My ire is that the lab routinely CANCELS PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS. Have an appointment? Doesn't matter - they will cancel a bunch and then see who complains. That apparently is what they staffers need to do to survive. I have had my labs cancelled twice when I was on time and present. Once they accomodated me, the second time they didn't - and that's why I'm writing this review. And that's even giving them the benefit of the doubt when they drew blood, resulted it under the wrong patient (a never event) and I had to go back and have it re-done. Dangerous and pathetic.I don't know who is managing or in charge of this facility but it should NOT be open to the general public. It should be appropriately staffed, not chronically understaffed such that the workers have to cancel draws to survive. If this was more than a collection facility, I would call for its CLIA license to be revoked.Don't waste your time coming here if you are not doing a drug test. Choose another facility - any other facility. These guys just can't execute and they just don't care.

Eva was my tech. If you’re good, you’re good! She was so sweet, gentle, and great! I am a really hard stick with rolling veins and she got me first try. She made conversation with me to keep me less nervous and make a connection in the short time. Best experience I’ve had with Quest so far.

This company is really, really bad. My wife sat there for over an hour trying to return a 24 hour urine test. They completely ignored her. I could not call them. I finally called another office and they could not call them either but the girl there was able to send an email which did get results, only to be told they were to busy to take in a timed delicate test.
