Happy to say this is a place where you really get great customer service. They work with you to solve anything! They can rehab older fixtures to make them like new and modern which is what we were looking for. Christy and her servicemen were excellent! Thank you!

Excellent store. They have a great selection of all different kinds of lighting. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this store for any lighting needs.

I brought my mother's antique lamp into Quality Lighting for repair because of the sentimental value. I was so happy when I picked up the lamp that I almost cried. I could see the lamp in my mother's house so long ago. Thank you Quality Lighting for the great job you did on the lamp repair!

They charged me $200 to fix a very old lamp. The electrician seemed excited to work on it but it still didn’t work properly. When I brought the lamp back, I was told he had put a lot of hours into it and that the lamp was working as it should. She wouldn’t even bring the lamp back to him to check. It still isn’t working properly and I think they stink. Go somewhere else where the people care more about their customers.

Stopped into Quality Lighting in Delray Beach today because I'm building a new home. They have such beautiful lighting in the store. It looked like the same lighting fixtures I saw when I went on my trip to Italy and Spain! I give this store an A+. Salesperson was also very nice and NOT pushy!

I purchased 3 lamp shades from this store. They were all very high quality silk, and made in the USA. One of the shades I needed was very unique. The store allowed me to exchange the shade multiple times until I got the right color I needed. They were very helpful. I will be back!

Despite what Amy F stated solely based on politics, she obviously know anything about this business. In fact, she didn't even have a customer experience to review. I, on the other hand, bought 3 lamps and was extremely impressed by my salesperson knowledge of light design. She was extremely helpful in determining my lighting needs for my bedroom and office. In fact, she was much more knowledgeable about light design than almost any general interior designer. She did mention that they had been providing lighting for GL Homes model units for many years. Very please with my experience and the pricing was extremely reasonable.

Only go here if you are a Trumper. A let's go Brandon sign is prominently displayed at the front desk. If you put that trash is a place of business then my business is gone.

Stay away! Rude is to put the treatment mildly! The hostile employee followed me out of the store (to my car!) screaming that I'm a B*tch for about the fifth time. When I was at the door leaving she said she hoped I would trip. My order took over 5 weeks to fabricate instead of the 2 to 3 week time frame as promised. No apologies just hostile , arrogant attitude. Take your business elsewhere. One star is being generous; I wish a negative option was available.
