Sold manufactures defect tiles and after several trips back, they still said despite lugging all the tiles back, we didn’t have all the broken boxes so they couldn’t refund. We protested and they literally chased us out the door… so now we have to file a dispute. We wanted to give a small business a chance but wow, what an unprofessional bunch. Highly NOT recommended.

We recently renovated our house and chose Price Flooring for our floors throughout the entire house. We went with a high gloss porcelain. Our contact person was Kim Price who was a total delight to work with. Everything was seamless from ordering to install. I would definitely choose them again.

Price Flooring was highly recommended to me and I was fortunate enough to work with Nichole who was very patient and was able to help me make the right decisions. The crew at Price couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This is the second time they have done work for me and again they did a fabulous job per usual. They are punctual, professional and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. And, the owner, Ray Price takes care of his employees.

I would never recommend this place they promise you the world and it's all B.S. the guy in the store says his installer was the best and I say B.S. he was not nice or professional at all.I wrote about them once before after my install and it just came up again there a little pricy but again the install guy was miserable as soon as he got there he had an attitude I don't do this I don't do that mean while the guy in the store say he does everything. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a professional job.I stand by what I'm saying you will not be happy I promise you.have a great day.

Kimberly was fantastic to work with! She had great recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the products. Kim was responsive, friendly and very professional. Although we put our project on hold, we will certainly be working with Kim when we are ready to purchase our new floors.

I renewed my bathroom and since I stepped into the store it has been a pleasure. They give time to look at all the samples they have, it is really imposible not to find what you are looking for. They help with their very good and professional advice and their installers are just amazing. A very special thank you to Rene Ventura and his team, only the best of the best is a choice for them. We have been trying to get our guest bathroom done for two years. Noone shows up to give you an est and if they do they never get back to you We gave up... and keep putting the project on hold. I was at a red light on Atlantic saw Price sign stating they install bathrooms . Kim gave us a ball park est for materials and labor -- Stated I needed to pay $250 for a measure to be done (it goes to materials after) She said they would demo bathroom - sheet rock walls install tub repllace toilet and tile wallls and floor -And be done in 5 -6 days. And that is exactly what happened. Their installer came and worked . He was professionally , cleaned up each day. I never had a project go so smooth! And it looks great!

They did an awesome job installing LVP flooring throughout my 2 story home including my stairs. Eddie was my salesperson and very patient with me. Peter did a great job fabricating the stair nosing from the planks. JP and his crew did a great job removing the glued down engineered wood from my first floor master bedroom. They were always on time, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have had bad experiences with past stores and tradespeople but Price Flooring was A+. No creaking on the stairs or the floors. JP sanded the upstairs floors to be sure they were level to prevent creaking. They have attention to detail and their price was very fair and reasonable! You can trust Price Flooring to do an epic job without any headaches.
