“Take everything bad you have ever experienced at a USPS and just let these wonderful people solve your postal needs. Ronnie and his team are extremely helpful and go above and beyond.
I had an issue with an Amazon package that was shipped by usps. Unfortunately I couldn’t return the package bc the return label was not provided to me properly. Ronnie called Amazon and helped make sure they sent me the proper return label.
I’ve had so many bad experiences at USPS I feel like Ronnie should just run the whole operation for in person postal service.
