Paige and Anthony are simply the best! We bought and sold with them and they were there every step of the way. The market was changing under our feet during the process but we were able to lean on their expertise for guidance. They were genuinely invested in finding us the right home, not just getting a deal done. We loved that they would point out negatives and positives to each property and weren’t afraid to tell us when they thought we were looking in the wrong direction. And the whole team sticks with you right up to closing. We’ve worked with other agents but these two are just awesome people to work with!

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Posh and the pleasant, professional and knowledgeable Jim Wrona. Jim acted as a buyer broker for my recent condo purchase, and he was the listing agent for my house which sold last month. The house had a challenge in that it was a contributing house in a historic neighborhood, and it was a small house that most potential buyers would want to enlarge. Jim went above and beyond by cultivating contacts on the historic preservation board and doing research ahead of time about what possible projects might be permissible so that he had ready answers for potential buyers as they first saw the house. Not only is Jim hard-working, but he's also very thoughtful and creative: One of the nicest features of the house was the outside, and Jim had some laminated garden stakes made up with the plant names that brought more focus to the landscape design. Knowing that I was in such good hands made these real estate transactions much less stressful than they would have been otherwise!

In my experience Posh in Delray Beach is not to be trusted regarding their ads or words. Posh and Jerilyn Walter is the listing broker for this property. She hired an alleged home inspector to counter my complaints. However, is not a home inspector, he is a licensed exterminator.

Jerilyn was fantastic to work with and I have shared her name with multiple people who are working with her now and feel the same way. Specifically: she 1) knows the area incredibly well and has a great sense of the ‘right value’, and 2) she is straightforward in assessing and sharing what she thinks is a good fit for a client long term. She (fortunately) steered me away from a couple of places I was considering (with a personal risk of not having a deal) and then soon after guided me to a fantastic place for us.
