Holy crap the people working at this branch are awful. I've been waiting for a call back since last Friday 2/3/2023 and nothing. The customer service on the APP is awful as well. My mother banks with them also and her branch tried suckering her into a refinance where she would be paying double her mortgage now. We have both been banking with PNC for years, talk about not putting forth the effort to really help. I would strongly encourage anyone banking with these fools to look somewhere else.

Absolutely useless, unhelpful, and with an attitude. They made me wait around for something very simple (notary service) and then flat out refused to do it.
