If I could give it a Zero I would. Horrible experience. Very rude, not a bit of kindness from the elderly teller woman. If you have a check and you want to cash out, don't go. They will deny you for no reason.

I like PNC Bank but this branch is the worst, slow is not the word. The branch makes the DMV look like the Daytona 500. Do yourself a favor and dont go this branch if your on a schedule.

PNC online banking is great. This location is TERRIBLE! It took over 30 minutes to just withdraw money from my account. I had my ID and debit card with me. 15 minutes at Drive through teller with no communication and then 20 minutes in the bank. Their response is that they were trying to make it secure and protect me. From what?? My ID was me? Then I was there in the flesh in the bank??? It was definitely a drawn out process and each time I complained, they went slower deliberately (it was definitely deliberate!) and I NEVER COMPLAIN about a business unless truly deserved. I was fired from my client today. Thanks PNC Military Delray Beach. You certainly suck. Going to complain to corporate.

They should use this site for training on how not to treat customers. have had every account with PNC for many years retired and now downsizing by paying every loan etc. The bank as a retirement present send me a bill for a safe deposit box since I paid my lawn it is no longer free. Tried my best to save long relationship with PNC bit Mr Joseph did not value my relationship with PNC asked for his manager MS Williams and she gave me the courtesy of waiting 30 minutes to than spend and hour very motivated to close my account so that I never have to work with someone like her who does not value customers. For all retired Folks this bank has no concern of preserving you capital of hard earned money. The Staff is not trained to help customers but to go thru the motions of finding ways to add hidden charges or remove benefits from your account. I tried very hard at my expense for others who and extra charge might prevent them from paying a bill or put food on the table to have the bank look at charges for customers who no longer need every credit card or have loans and want to have a safe deposit box. I even offered them to charge me and waive the fee for someone in need. Ms Williams there are 10 banks in a 2 mile radius that on a bad day treat customers beer than you bank on a good day. Thank You for letting me know you do not value me as a customer before I got to old to figure it out or have my voice heard to help others.

The employee had me waiting for 20 minutes only to inform me that no one in the location could assist me with a wire. They sent me to another branch. I’ve been with pnc for 10 years and I will definitely not be returning to this branch.

On Friday Oct 15, 2021, I received a very poor customer service by the “supervisor” Faith Reback, she was very rude and have me wait again in line 10 more minutes while I went to a car for a minute to get my purse because they do not accept a visa payment , really?!!?. Having a Bad attitude working with the public doesn’t make any sense. Thank you

Service with MARCUS is SUPER SLOW. We came into the bank early with ample time to get to work. Our teller, Marcus added up our deposit total wrong and when we pointed it to another teller the teller went to tell Marcus, Marcus told the teller to show us our slip and told us to redo the math because we added wrong. We then said no it's his mistake, instead of taking the initiative to fix his slip up immediately, he proceeded to make us wait another 10-15 minutes. We had to ask another teller (which was super nice and efficient) to tell Marcus we had to get to work and he still continued to ignore and not acknowledge us. He took other customers instead of fixing HIS error first which ultimately made us late for work. Again, we were super polite and he didn't even apologize for his slip up. He didn't even have the decency to bring us the new deposit slip, he had the other teller being it over. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware of Marcus!

Karen Cobo was very sweet , she helped me with my transactions yesterday! She even wrote a “stay safe” in my deposit receipt! Love that! PNC needs more employees like her especially in that branch .
