I am hesitant to leave a negative review but Rochelle, who is the branch manager really let me down today. I have been going to this branch for over a year every week. I had to sit through her do some long winded spiel on using their services, credit lines and products for my business. I sat through it politely even though it was frankly, a huge waste of my time. This weekend my wallet was stolen, along with my ID. I don’t have another picture ID but was told if the branch manager knows you, they can replace the card for you. Rochelle decided that she did not want to help me get a new card. I think Rochelle embodies what is wrong with modern banking, they are ready to pounce and go into sales pitch mode to help their own bottom line but when it comes time to help a regular client, they aren’t willing to help. I will never go to this branch again and am considering ditching pnc altogether because of my experience with her.

I had some fraudulent activity on my account so they canceled my card so I needed a replacement. PNC customer service failed to inform me that this bank has no tellers and is appointment only. I had walked there and needed access to my money so I decided to wait. The customers that were with the only two bankers available were doing things that were very time consuming. The bank manager was walking around doing seemingly nothing but asking the women greeting guests what time she wanted to take her lunch. I asked the greeter if the bank manager could help me and was told she had phone calls to make. I could see her in her office from where I was waiting and she wasn’t even on the phone. Appointments or not they should have someone in the building solely for quick exchanges such as getting a replacement card. It would have also been nice if the bank manager was more focused on guests services instead of phone calls. I was not the only person with this issue during my 30 minute wait.

Terrible customer service. Nobody likes this bank. There is no practical help and all they want is for you to keep opening accounts for their own benefit. I would switch but it's too much trouble.

I loved meeting with Rossana at this bank. She was so professional and had a lot of knowledge to share with me regarding credit, types of accounts, and planning for the future. She offered me a great credit card, and I ended up deciding to go with it! Thank you! Also the other staff was really professional and friendly as well. :)

After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, as the first person in line, the manager Abigal informed me that that she’d be attending to the man, who she knew by first name, before myself. I came to get a new card printed for my business account for the third time this year, as PNC overall has completely failed in its security and fraud protection. She then proceeded to attend to every other customer after me purposefully until Rosanna had to step and help me as she could see this woman was purposefully ignoring me.
