Terrible experience. Requested only 2022 Taxes but was convinced to re-do the 3 previous years with the incentive of receiving a big return since my taxes were "supposedly" not done correctly. Amended returns cost quite a lot and in the end, I didn't receive a penny for the 2 years of amended returns. A letter from the IRS clearly stated that my claims were disallowed! My calls and emails to Gino went unanswered. How come a tax professional doesn't know that certain claims are not allowed and forces you to go through knowing you won't receive any refund? All in all, unprofessional and untrustworthy, so stay away!

Had my 2nd. call and in 15 min. received the answers to make the correct decision on path forward. Have been doing my taxes with Giancarlos and they are excellent. Highly recommend them

I recently had an experience with this accounting firm that I'd like to share in hopes of preventing others from having a similar issue. I had a scheduled phone meeting that the accountant failed to initiate, leaving me waiting on a call that never came.In an effort to address this, I sent an email to remind them of our appointment. However, they called back while I was in another scheduled appointment. I promptly returned the call 30 minutes later and gave them an hour to get back to me, which unfortunately, they didn't.To add to the frustration, I received an email thanking me for attending a phone conference that never actually took place. To top it off, they requested me to write a Google review about my experience. The irony is that I probably wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't for that particular request.The 3-star review is because I haven't worked with them, but I suggest being hesitant if you choose to.

I've always done my taxes on my own and didn't think it would be worth it to get an accountant, but this year I met with Gino Vargas and gave it a chance. It was definitely the right decision.
