I have brought my 13 years dog for bathe. They did provide everything what needed. After cleaning my dog I have decided to do some shopping. I have noticed that young lady who is shift manager has not been very friendly. She was irritated that my dog pulled me because he wanted to say hello to another dog. I do not know what I did to make her unhappy but it was unpleasant. Probably will not come again.

Great place to do your own grooming for a small fee and they provide you with what you need to bathe your dog. Great staff !

Yuca is our groomer. She is so wonderful. Hard worker. Smart. Takes good care of our doggies. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and we 110% recommend her to all friends and family who have fur babies !!!

They only carry the small bags of cat food. So you have to buy more, I go now to pet supplies plus where they carry the large bags. You asked these people at this store any questions. They have no cluewhat the answers are

Extremely rude manager , terrible customer service- especially when you need to return or exchange,higher prices than in other similar chain stores .Lack of experience and bad treatment of the animals inside!!!I wish there was negative stars in could select.
