I have shopped a few times at Perrywinkle. Until recently, it was a pleasant experience. Most recently I went to purchase my wife an address for her birthday birthday. It was aI have shopped a few times at Periwinkle.Until recently, it was a pleasant experience.Most recently I went to purchase my wife a dress for her birthday. It was a surprise. She is out of town and I explained that she would not be able to try it on for a few weeks to a month.The staff was helpful with the suggestions. I purchased the highest priced garment that they showed me. I paid cash.No one mentioned that there was a time limit on a return.The dress turned out to be a poor fit and needed to be exchanged. Sadly, the Periwinle management Told me that there was a two week time period limit for an exchange.This had never been explained during the shopping session. I was very clear what the situation was.This conduct was unfair and inappropriate. Needless to say, we will never set foot in that store again. We believe management was disingenuous and not at all. Customer focused. This could’ve easily been fixed.The outcome was that my wife was very upset, distressed, and agitated by the store behavior. That was exactly the opposite of what I was intending when I went there for a gift.I caution anyone entering to be careful with the policy and their moral ethical approach.My experience was extremely negative.

I have heard about Periwinkle for years from friends but never stopped in. I visited their 'sister' stores Morley and Coco&Co and they recommended I stop into Periwinkle. Now I understand what the hype is all about - this store is AMAZING! The displays are so beautiful, and the store manager and assistant manager were so warm, energetic, and FUN! I am so happy that a store like this one exists in Delray. Seriously the cutest clothing I have ever seen, I will never go back to the mall! And they have a website so it is easy to shop even if I don't want to make the drive from Jupiter. The manager offered to help me host a 'shopping party' with my friends - they will close the store just for us for a few hours and provide personal styling - so much fun!

I bought a beautiful dress from this store and unfortunately the strap broke the first night of wearing it. The manager Angelina was so understanding, helpful and accommodating. She immediately reached out to the brand and arranged for a replacement dress to be shipped to me. Thank you Angelina!

This is the perfect store for ladies looking for spring or summer dresses of various lengths, fabrics, and sleeve styles. There is an extensive collection here with a variety of price points to meet every budget. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Beyond a lovely experience. Laura was outstandingly kind and helpful. My niece was thrilled with her selections, and deservedly so as the quality of the inventory is carefully curated. Big hug to Laura!

Always an amazing experience! I travel down from Palm Beach everytime I am in town just to shop at Periwinkle. Great selection and exceptionally helpful, without ever being pushy. My all time favorite boutique!

Best experience I've had shopping! Lauren & Emma are fantastic, knew exactly what would work on me and what I'd feel comfortable in while still helping push me outside of my 'go to' style. Constantly rotating pieces and different styles, extremely fair pricing especially for the quality pieces they have. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful selection of women’s clothing, gifts, curated cards (way cuter than at a grocery store or drug store), and baby clothes. Everything is fairly priced. I would put this boutique on your can’t-miss shopping list!

I bought a champagne sequin duster by FifteenTwenty and every single place I go, people stop me to compliment me! I literally get stopped in the street by total strangers just so they can say something nice about my duster. Periwinkle has some of the most unique and amazing pieces of clothing and the staff are a lovely bunch of girls. Love this store!!

If only there were a store in Nashville.... 10 out of 10!!! The owner is so intelligent and she has the most Top Notch ladies in Delray on the floor and in the offices. Just FYI.. There's a new store in Naples now that super lady Meagan opened... She and everyone there is fantastic. And of course, check out Morley in Delray- Periwinkle's sister store!

What a fun store! I was shopping with a friend on Atlantic Ave and we wandered into the store! What a great surprise! They have very nice items (Albeit a bit above my price range) and I just love their shirts and sweaters. I was able to find a jean skirt I. The sale section so that was a great find! Lucky me! They also have a rewards /loyalty program so that is also an added bonus. I don't usually shop o. The Avenue even though I am a Delray resident because the prices are usually insane. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful so that was an added bonus!

Very rude worker on the phone. Was new to the area and wanted to introduce myself as a mutual connection from the Delray Beach Chamber of commerce and completely hung up on me. Very unprofessional!
