the longer I have interacted with this company the worse it gets. the owner Daniel Sage will try to pacify you when you have an issue (which you probably will between deceptive financial practices, surprise bills and therapists who don't know what they are doing) and then will disappear when he says he will get back to you. I urge everyone with a serious injury to stay away from this horrific practice

1 to 1 physical therapy is the best mythrapist Peter has worked with me since day one. My issue is rotator cuff impingement and tear of which is a long recovery period and extremely painful to endure by not having surgery. This person is a strong leader and very knowledgeable in multiple techniques, he definitely is a major credit to the organization he works for. He goes above service with his patients and very empathetic to each one individually as a true respectful professional. I encourage the organization to give special recognition to him for his fine works and achievements. He deserves true promotions for his services to you. Thank you for having him be assigned to me in my therapy recovery.

I have been trying for over two months to get a refund for a copay that I should not have been charged by One to One. Every time I call, they have a new excuse: the office manager is out of the building, the system is down, leave a message for billing (which never calls me back). They are a pack of thieves.

Very difficult to evaluate the care as I called three times over the course of ten days to make an appointment following surgery. Each time I was told I would be called back. No one ever called back after I gave them all my information. I am now going to another PT/ If they cannot hire someone to return a call how good can they be.

Went to workshop then started therapy my shoulder pain was eliminated after 2nd session and only had to do therapy for half the time they originally thought it would take. Sean was a great Therapist. If in need in the future wouldn't go any other place

Really like this PT group. Same person for your therapy sessions. They take care of one patient at a time. Staff friendly and welcoming. Doesn’t compare to other PT groups I have been to. I love it

Such a nice group of people and therapists - really put the patients needs first. The One on one treatment is wonderful and hard to find in clinics now a days. Love this place. Would highly recommend.

Sean did an excellent job helping me. He was patient and very qualified. I am glad I was in his hands. I will recover and I hope not to come back, but if I have a problem I would come back to One to One provided that I get Sean.
