The newly trained employee named Channing, despite it being one his first days (as he told us), he remained calm under pressure and handled everything with impressive professionalism. He went above and beyond by helping me (an old lady) carry my printer to the car, making sure I had everything I needed. Channing was also incredibly friendly and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. We even had a nice conversation and bonded over both being Seventh-Day Adventists, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, I was very impressed with Channing’s service and will definitely be returning to this Office Depot!!!”

I had an issue with an Amazon package that was shipped by usps. Unfortunately I couldn’t return the package bc the return label was not provided to me properly. Ronnie called Amazon and helped make sure they sent me the proper return label.
I’ve had so many bad experiences at USPS I feel like Ronnie should just run the whole operation for in person postal service.
