The nail salon is clean. The nail tech was fast and got the shape I wanted right. However I will say the one thing I didn’t like is that even though I made an appointment for an acrylic full set she didn’t cut my nails or push back my cuticles before starting. Apparently that service doesn’t come with this booking which is fine that’s their rules but I personally think that’s unreasonable since all the other salons I’ve been to will do this as it helps the nails last longer and sit better. It hasn’t even been a week and my nails look grown out and are peaking out from underneath the acrylics. Only because of this I will not be coming back to this salon.

Noire nails of Delray Beach has amazing nail technicians. I always leave happy with my manicure from Jenny and pedicure with Sam.
The salon is beautiful and clean inside. They have every single color and design options for both gel and dip nails. I always get compliments for on my nails. Posting a photo or my manicure ?? check this place out!!!

Serene spa. Sweet people. Until they weren't. Rude and no real knowledge about customer service. When I pointed out something they said they knew better than me. I said do what I ask customer is always right. She saud that is old fashioned. Nobody believes that anymore. I ended up telling her to shut up. After 5 years of loyalty I have left. Found another salon where "service and cspability" are their touchstone.

Terribly rude people! Yes I keep breaking my nails but you’re a NAIL SALON you are here to service clients ! How dare you tell me you don’t want to do my nails anymore Jenny. I’ve never had this problem at any other nail salon. Maybe it’s because your products are terrible quality and you’re a bad nail tech.

I am a regular at the salon, recently it’s changed owners. I was going to a very formal fancy wedding out of state and decided to do builders gel nails. They came out perfect and with a design ( Jennie, owner nail tech). Also did a regular french pedicure with Gris. I have been with Gris for over 2.5 years and like her a lot.
Today, a week later my pointer finger gel cover chipped, nail broke and I had engagement for the evening. I called salon on Sunday afternoon and told to come over, nail was fixed at no charge, took 20 minutes and I left very happy and satisfied. Thank you for a super wonderful service and wishing new management prosperity and many satisfied customers.

High quality services! I have to rave about Sam, my nail tech. He gives me the absolute best pedicure that I have ever had... consistently. He is a man of few words but he has extreme focus and really works his magic on painful toenails. When I leave, my toes are pain-free and beautiful! I am one happy customer!
