Love this location. Everyone is great, but Garrett is my favorite. He's always Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & just all around AWESOME.
EXCELLENT work ethic. Looks stuff up without my having to ask him. He's made several online orders for me. Absolute pleasure dealing with people like Garrett, I wish I could offer him a job!

Rude customer service!!
I was all set to purchase a shirt. I approached the counter to pay. I pulled out my cash, which was a 100 dollar bill. She asked if I had anything smaller and I replied no I do not!! She held my money up to the light, colored all over it and then proceeded to tell me she can’t accept my money!! She then asked for another form of payment. I am totally offended at this point. Her demeanor and attitude was totally unprofessional. You lost a sale and a customer. I walked the next block and spent my money at urban outfitters. My recommendation is invest in a counterfeit detector device, so your employees do not cause anyone else feel the way I did!!

What a great concept and the store presents a lot of different ways I can support the people that sacrifice for our freedoms . The nice young lady at the register was extremely helpful. I'm sorry it took me so long to actually get in the store but I'm so happy I was able to make it in today . I will be a frequent shopper, thank you to the people that serve and thank you Nine Line for giving me a way to show my support. The pirate coffee beans are awesome.
