I asked for a simple pedicure and requested a certain color. After the nail tech was done, she asked if I liked the color. I politely told her I did not and asked her for another option - and told her it was for an upcoming wedding. She told me I should’ve told her earlier and proceeded to tell me she would just paint over what she already did. When I asked her to remove the nail paint before just applying more, she haphazardly took off the paint and started painting over the cotton that had stuck to my nails. She didn’t offer any other options to I just asked to leave. I was charged the full price even after explaining the situation. I will not return here.

My first visit for a pedicure and spa treatment for my feet - Vivian did an outstanding job - the Receptionist was very friendly, I was a walk-in which they welcome, waited approximately 10 minutes and then got placed in one of the massage chairs, which was a treat alone, then Vivian came and gave my feet/nails/lower legs a complete overhaul - I highly recommend this place, well worth the money.

It was charged $72 for a gel overlay. This was way over priced! The nail tech did a horrible job with shaping and my nails are bumpy. At the end I was told there’s a 3% charge for using my debit card which I believe should be communicated before the service. All around horrible experience!

I have been coming here for quite some time. They have a sign stating any credit card transaction is 3% so I paid with my debit card and magically charged the 3%. I was never given the option of inputting my debit pin to be charged cash or even offered to walk over to Publix to get the cash. If your price is $55 do not now take my card and charge it with the 3% increase!! Where is that even heard of. Everywhere is increasing prices and it’s insane. If I would have know I would have taken the $2 out of the tip instead! Stop cheating folks! When I mentioned it the lady said any card but clearly on your sign it says credit card NOT debit card!

Worst manicure experience that I've had. I cam here to get a gel manicure before my engagement. Here is what happened:
1. Appointment was at 11:30 am but wasn't seen until 11:50 pm
2. When I showed my technician my nails and asked for gel, he said I should try powder. He also put on a piece of acrylic nail without me consenting. When I asked him what he was doing and if he could take it off, he tried to take it off while it was glued on, which obviously was painful.
3. Pushed me to try powder. I picked a neutral pink, and the color came out bubble gum pink. It was the wrong color.
4. He then put on two coats of the original gel color that I wanted.
5. Nail tools were not sanitary
6. Pretty sure my technician had nail fungus
Less than a day later, my nails are heavy with paint, and the gel color is already chips, showing the bubble gum pink on the board. The nail painting itself was also slopping, and my cuticles were ignored.
For these reasons, this was the worst manicure of my life. I will not be coming back.

I searched for months for a good nail place when I moved south and it took me two failed nail salon attempts before I found this one. The staff are so nice and my nails always coming out looking great. Jade always does them, super nice and very personable. I only go see her for my nails every time I go now!

Totally bad experience. I won’t be going back. Very disappointed.
The person who did my nails (Ryan) rushed through my pedicure and took forever with my nails. I asked for almond shape and he didn’t know how to donor. He attempted and I would have preferred if he just passed me on to someone else or if he would have admitted that he doesn’t know how to do it. When he was having trouble sticking on the nail tips, he said my fingers were crooked and got frustrated. He forgot to shape some nails and had to go back at the end. He didn’t put the top coat on a few nails and left black specs on my pink nails. He didn’t ask if I liked it or anything. When he finished he just said that it took so long because of the shape I wanted. Some nails are longer than others. He didn’t clean around my toes so I had gel polish on my skin.

My mother had an appointment set for 11. I was taking her to the appointment. I called my mother and told her I was going to be a few minutes late. She called the salon and gave them a heads up and they took another customer instead, they said they had another woman that would do her pedicure. my mother sets an appointment with a specific woman because she does a really good job. But then the owner tells us to go to another salon. So unprofessional, rude and disgusting. I will never ever ever recommend this salon.

I have been a customer for 20 years. I have tried other nail salons and they don't stand up to Nail Fever. The staff are courteous, the salon is very clean and Sophia and Nikki are amazing. I would highly recommend Nail Fever to everyone!
