Lived here Five Years. Great value. Market Price.*New Property Management Company. New Property Manager Angie, goes above and beyond to find solutions. She has been excellent as a new manager to Murano.-----xxxxx-----The Value: The quiet neighborhood, people treat each other with general respect, the pool & re-modeled tennis court is awesome once.It's not the most modern complex by any means and communication solves poor construction (anywhere in FL).Maintenance has improved with speed & effectiveness.- Lived here 2 years.‐--‐‐----'xxxx-------*Nov. 2021:The Property remains nice & quiet. They have improved maintenance & operations since last post. The management does try hard to help everyone asap.Good place to live.----- Lived here 2 and half years. -----

Very nice community. I’ve been living here for 12 years never had any issue. I’ve been through so many changes in the office and the maintenance service are still very prompt. I called them and they show up with in 10 min.

We are very excited to move to Murano. Ana has truly been an angel throughout the rental process. He has helped us with everything, and promptly answers all our questions and concerns. Thanks to her we made the decision to move to this community. It is our first time in Palm Beach County and we hope the experience is wonderful. The location and appearance of the community is excellent!

Nice place, excellent service at the office. Attentive staff, clean place. The apartments I visited have a pleasant floor plan. Pool area very safe for children, lake well lit to walk around at night.

A gorgeous eiruv enclosed sunny shtetl.Attentive management reliable handymen .Friendly multi cultural community .Across the street to 3 shuls .Nice playground walk around pond with real wild life .Oasis pool with eye candy handsome richard gere .walking distance to publix and other shops.

Never seen any place that had so many cars that they had no room. Cars in every driveway, along the curb and parked up on the grass and walking pass. Did not realize a neighborhood so nice could have an apartment complex this poor.

If you're a working class American STAY AWAY! If you work 9-5 your friends will be booted, and you will have no freedom. 700 dollar increase in rent in 1 year. Floor has water coming out of it. Terrible management. Has a "gated community" yet will boot cars for being parked where WE pay for parking!!! Wish I could give a 0 stars review. They totally take every advantage they have to nickel and dime you. Don't rely on anybody here to help you! The car cleaning stations are broken, tons of worms, tons of roaches, bad maintenance jobs, thin walls, overpriced and I would highly not recommend. Also they only tell you about the rent increase once you’re already locked into another year of a lease.(ZERO warning and no time to find a new place to live) It should be ILLEGAL.
