I love Mona Lisa Fashions. Mona is so helpful and has a great fashion sense.I wear a small size so it's not easy to normally find clothing I like.Her clothes are beautiful and the prices are very reasonable.

It is breaking my heart to do this. I Feel foolish , gullible. I allowed this to happen to myself. I felt safe & comfortable in this local store. I did not do 1 thing to protect myself. This past Nov. I brought 15 beautiful, new , gently used designer clothes to Mona lisa Consignment. They included Fendi, St. John, on & on . While there a customer was trying to buy clothes from the ones I brought in. Feeling it was a professional honest store & owner I left the clothes & list with Mona, who was to copy & call me. I never got a call. In 2 weeks I called & was told they were too dressy & sizes to small for her store. I went in to pick them up & Mona said she could not find them, but would. I never got a call. I called & stopped in many times & was told the same thing, she couldn't find them. Where are they? After 6 months!!!. . If she hasn't sold 1 piece why are they not in the store? She has never called 1 time. I went in & she gave me 2 pieces that were not designer. Cheap. 1 with a safety pin holding the zipper closed. Turns out belonged to someone else. Had I said they were mine, she would have given them to me. She also tried to say it wasn't her. Was I sure it wasn't her Assistant? Insinuating that was possible. No Mona it is you! I called last week, again. I am needless to say frustrated & asked her what to do . Mona got very defensive, said she had clothes in the back, on a designer rack. I should come & find them. When I tried to speak over her defensive blaming me for my missing clothes she hung up. I didn't want to make this public & hurt her reputation. BUT 6 months, I have no clothes, no money, no phone calls & no resolution. I'm not sure what to do. Lawyer? I did decide to put this up so people are aware she disappears clothes, (sold?) is unprofessional, tries to pretend it away & was eager to give me other consigners clothes.

Lots of great finds at reasonable prices and varied styles! Very helpful owner! Recommend if you want to dig through clothes for treasures!

I popped in today. On a whim. What a beautiful shop!! And a great collection of clothes and purses. Shoes and accessories! Great prices. Great sales. Picked up a couple of vintage purses and a beautiful black dress for an upcoming cruise. They have gorgeous evening wear. Not really prom material, but definitely grown up formals. Sexy stuff too. Not too grown up (old lady). Lol. The owner was helpful but not pushy. And they have great, large fitting rooms.

This Ladies Designer Consignment store in the Oriole Plaza in Delray Beach is very close to the movie theater. It was my first time visiting this women's consignment store and finding out that it had been at this location for 15 years. I realized that I don't go around the corner from the Movie Theater and I've been missing out on this consignment shop. I found such a large selection of items from costume jewelry and accessories such as designer handbags to tops, pants, suits, and more formal attire. The prices were not bargain prices here but they were consignment and fair. The selection was really beautiful and I would come back here again to see what they have taken on consignment.

This store features the best of used and new fashions and I shop there often. I'm a satisfied customer who recommends Mona Lisa to women who like to save money!
