Mike and his team are the best in the business. As a Realtor I always refer my clients to them because they have proven to me time and time again how trustworthy and 'for the client' they are. They educate and make sure my client and I are fully informed on what is going on and really take their time if you need it. They are kind, intelligent, honest, and work hard to give everyone the best experience possible in this industry. I couldn't ask for a better team. I highly recommend this mortgage broker. Mike and his team were extremely helpful, clearly explaining the different mortgage options and helping me to find the best deal.The loan processing was very efficient - most of the documents and details could be completed online, and the team were very helpful guiding us through the application, quickly correcting any mistakes on my side, and requesting outstanding documents.This lender is unique in my experience for helping with financial planning. Instead of pressuring me to close the deal, they explained the options for future remortgaging if interest rates, property value or credit score change in future.I also appreciated they offered a "Hero Loan" for a teacher on the application which saved considerably on the application fee.Overall, I experienced exceptional service and have no reservations in recommending this lender.

I hadn't spoken to Mike for awhile, as my wife and I hadn't had any mortgage needs for quite some time. In August I called Mike to see if he could help my two children through the process of getting pre-qualified for a mortgage and then eventually to help them acquire a condo.Mike was ready willing and able to help them through the process, and with his guidance and the help of his talented team, helped two twenty something's qualify and obtain a mortgage on their first real estate acquisition.As a dad, I wanted to help, but I was also interested in getting out of the way and letting my kids do the work. Mike has a great online portal that allows uploading of documents, and between email and phone calls, his team assisted my kids through the process without any issues.Mike Murgatroy and his team provide excellent customer service, in an honest and professional manner. I have no hesitations in recommending Mike and his team to anyone looking for mortgage assistance.
