I came here a couple days ago and this Hispanic tall girl completely ripped me off first off she has this attitude that’s rude and just doesn’t care at all . Her name was like Angie and all she does is lie n went to gossiping with another co worker ; honestly never coming back to this store because of her fix your employees instead of them talking and not helping. If I could go lower in stars I would never buying that Nokia 5G from her.

Very rude staff, they were talking & hanging out speaking about boyfriends & girlfriends & places they went & etc. & Just looked at us like we weren't even waiting to be served. Then when I asked for help, they told me, "WE TALKING" !!!!! SO WE LEFT & NEVER WILL GO BACK ‼️‼️‼️

The service today at this particular store was awesome he took an incredible amount of time with me until I was satisfied with my purchase not all of your people have given me the customer service as did my agent today he went above and beyond with a notable amount of patience

Very troubling to know that corporate doesn't oversee these satellite stores. Clearly there is an issue when it comes down to open x on the weekends. Google clearly states that the store should be open... it is not. And their employees could care less when they come in.

For the price coverage and service I don't know why anyone would use any other cell service. It is very reliable and very affordable. I have been with Metro for 8 years and plan on staying. My only complaint is they should consider long-term customers having better upgrades to newer technology and phones a better prices than they do now to show loyalty.

I went to switch my service today, had some technical issues, and Grace got me taken care of better then any phone tech in my whole life. ALL issues resolved quickly, and she kept me happy the whole time, I was in panic mode, thank u Metro for saving me!

horrible service at this location the 561-265-1190 will not pick up their phone..they keep their voicemail box FULL,PURPOSELY..the lady that helped me buy my phone,was great..but this morning/afternoon,i have questions why my phone gets dark went talking..other man there,looks like he's on drugs or something..and who has 300-700 $$$to buy a phone these days..i'm not hip at all on this I.T.ROBOTIC WHIRL.moreover,NO HELP.I'M NOT CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE,SO MY CALLS GET ROUTED OVERSEAS,TO EVERYWHERE! and you wonder why IDENTETY THEFT IS ONE THE RISE..YOUR PART OF IT,..NEVER STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH ANYONE,MORE OVER CELL COMPANIES..THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH..as far as i'm concerned,since T-MOBILE TOOK OVER IT TRULY HORRIBLE IN THESE COVID DAYS..calling other stores,they will not help in why the light goes away on my phone when talking,playing back messages..was this phone used!?
