Guirlande (the finance manager) answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchase.

Review for new 2024 Mercedes 350 GLE purchased on March 16,2024.
Car was delivered damaged on March 16,2024 (quality control) and damages has been discussed/ and photographically documented prior to signing and agreement - repairs to be completed at expense of the dealership within in reasonable time. It took significant effort contacting dealer numerous times with multiple appointments to dealership just to be told “ This is expensive repair and need to be authorized by upper management “ and only after several written complaints to Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA), and filing complaint with BBB Better Business Bureau, J.D. Power and only months later dealership reluctantly completed partial repairs! Key phrase PARTIAL!!!!! Brand new vehicle damaged at delivery!!!! SHAME!

Got the inconvenience package.i bought a used car paid cash still took about 3 hrs to do the paperwork. The financial guy was rude didn't explain any of the papers we signing at the end got up and walked out of the office

I had edited my review because it got even worst for me. My Certified Pre Owned Mercerdes Benz that I bought here at Delray mercedes Benz, broken down 3 weeks after I got it. The entire fuel injector system and the fuel rail line, both broke down and need it to be replaced and it took for them 9 days at dealership to get it repaired. On top of that, they never sent my car registration on the mail to me at less I call them and ask for it. After 5 weeks. They have the worse customer service, here.

I found this dealership is truly cares about accommodating customers, after I took my first C300 home I discovered that the navigation was tied to my apple telephone and that not the one I want, they immediately replaced the car for me.
The second car has navigation system, but no speed limit indication and other option I like, also the color was’t my favorite.
Joseph Tyler from Mercedes set an appointment with me and he spent time looking for his inventory until he found the car I like. I had my C300 with AMG package for almost two weeks and I found this car is luxury and technology combined. I am very happy customer and with no hesitation I will recommend Mercedes-Benz Delray Beach to all.

Mercedes made an offer on my lemon. They want me to pay for the extra warranties of 7800. Lemon law clearly states that I get that money. They use Sedgwick insurance who have no idea of the lemon laws of Florida. Mercedes you are crooks. You have made my experience with you a nightmare. I will be calling ABC CBS and NBC plus writing to a few papers about Mercedes Benz USA not abiding by the lemon laws of Florida. I bought another car and can’t afford two payments. I’d suggest you call up Mercedes Benz USA.
I’ll be in this weekend.
Update Mercedes 7/7 who uses Sedgwick to settle or stall all their lemon cases has still not settled.
YOU SUCK ! Everyone please stay away from the worst Mercedes /Autonation dealership. Go to a smaller dealership in Palm Beach.
This week I will have to come up with another lease payment. I already replaced the car. It’s sits rotting away in my parking lot.
I posted your horrible dealership on Facebook Delray Beacb and got over 200 responses on how bad you are. In fact the consensus is Autonation Sucks. And to stay away.
Update it’s 6/9/2024 Mercedes still hasn’t settled on my Lemon that sits in a parking lot. I still have to pay insurance and lease payments on it. My lawyer is shaking his head. He’s says that Mercedes Benz USA who uses Sedgwick Insurance to settle is a mess. He’s a set rate. But I’m being taken advantage of.
I leased a GLE 400 e 4MATIC.
After 2 months it would not start. They have had it since 12/28/2023 and today is 4/18 They told me it was a battery issue. I have had to hire a lawyer to sue MercedesBenz USA not the dealership. The car is a lemon ? and it’s been nothing less than a nightmare.
Update : after 4 months and 3 days I got the car back. I had to hire a lawyer to settle my Lemon case.
Mercedes made it so difficult with tons of paperwork from me I gave up and now they are dealing with a lemon law lawyer. I’m still waiting for Mercedes to refund me and I can surrender the car. In the mean time I went next door to BMW and built a beautiful 2025 I7
It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had w BMW with my pressure. I’ve had both cars. I highly recommend BMW of Delray and ask for Felipe Silva

I brought my car in for service. I had a computer related issue. The service department ordered a replacement part. When they installed the new part, the problem remained. They thought that the part was defective, offered me a loaner car and ordered a new part. The new part arrived and still did not fix the problem.
Aftrr hours of investigation, they found a non-Mercedes part that had been added by the prior owner and not completely removed. Mercedes warranty does not cover problems caused by non-Mercedes parts.
Michael, my Service Manager, went to the Manager and explained my situation. They said that I purchased the warrantee with the understanding that I would be covered for anything that went wrong with the car. Even though I purchased the warrantee in New Jersey, they honored the warrantee and absorbed all of the additional cost and time that they spent on my car.
That level of customer service is what you expect, but rarely receive. Thank you Michel and Mercedes of Delray Beach!!!

I went to get my car serviced and it was my first time going to Mercedes since purchasing my car. The service was absolutely great and my service attendant Raymond was even better. The service was quick and efficient and he went above and beyond to make sure I received my car back within my needed time frame.
