Took my business from another Mercedes dealer to Delray, and what a great experience. Michael was the best of the best, keeping me updated with the warranty company. He is an employee to be valued. I am in the car business and must say, Michael and Mercedes-Benz of Delray are top notch!

I wanted to take a moment and really share my experience with the service I had on my car. My service manger Raymond was amazing, so accommodating. He made everything so easy. I dropped off my car at 8:05 am my loaner was ready i handed over my keys and was out by 8:10 am. He kept in touch with me throughout the day. When I went to pick up my car at 6:15 pm, i handed over the loaner keys and was in my car and on the road after 5 minutes. I got a car wash and the car was vacuumed. Ray thank you so much. You and your whole team are amazing.

I'm highly disappointed due to the multiple reasons:
1. I waited for at least 20 minutes for the advisor, Kevin Martinez, to become available even though I had an appointment who never acknowledge that I was there waiting.
2. My advisor never called me to let me know when the car was ready for the pick up. I had to call to find out after waiting for hours.
3. I waited for 20 minutes for the car to be brought up front even though the service was complete awhile ago.
4. The "service due" message on the dash was not reset which I could not see because the car was on and the message was inactive when it was brought upfront for pick up after the service.
5. I came back a few days later to take care of this "service due" message and the person working outside up front said he took care of it. Only for me to realize later that it was still there.
6. I keep getting reminders vie email that my car is due for service which makes me think that it was never reset in the Mercedes system.
7. I am still driving and seeing this "service due" message every time I start the car. I'm out of town and don't have time to go to another dealership. And I was told on the phone by the service representative from Delray dealership that it has to be done in person in the dealership. And I will not be able to do it myself with guided instructions over the phone.
8. I called the Delray Service asking to talk to the service advisor who was working on my car that day. Naturally, he didn't call me back.

Everything and was done very well. They didn't have the tire for my car and my advisor David Rhy was on it immediately. Excellent service

Simply the best dealership in Florida. Mercedes Benz of Delray has the best selection of Mercedes Benz vehicles available. The service department always keeps you informed and gets you in and out quickly. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to be.

Service staff was courteous and professional. I waited for my car in lounge which was accommodating for me to work while I waited. Time for the service was exactly what was indicated to me. Very pleased with whole experience.

Utterly inept! Don’t use them! Took them 6 months to “order” a replacement key. Then after months of dodging my calls and email, I call and threaten to come on the weekend and tell customers about them, they say “oh, the key just arrived!” lol. I book an appointment to come the hour drive to get the key programmed and I get there and the service advisor they assigned me is off!!!! Nobody knew anything about it. Then was told the computer used to programme the key has been down for three weeks! Utter bunch of clueless idiots!
