I went to the dealership to purchase a lost key, I was charged 1178.00 dollars for the replacement . I was being taken advantage of but I no choice but to buy it. Although the service advisor was very nice there was nothing he could do . Later I found out there is a key service in Boca that charges about 250 dollars. Just a heads up if you are ever in this situation.

Don't buy a car from this dealership if you want them to service the vehicle. I took my all most new 450 GLE in for service expecting it would be returned the next day. five days have passed and repeated calls go unanswered. Buyers have a right to expect something more. Tomorrow I will go to the dealership to see if I can rescue my car from this black hole.

We dropped our brand new Mercedes Airstream off to have something fixed. After we dropped it off we waited to hear about the repairs and days went by. We called a dozen times and no one ever called us back over a 10 day period. Finally, we got a hold of them and they said they are unable to fix it. We went to pick it up and our black tank, THAT HAD NEVER BEEN USED was 17% full!!!!! We had also asked them to leave the refrigerator door open so it wouldn't mold and they didn't. This is so unbelievable and I am so upset. I can't believe how they treated us and our vehicle.

absolutely horrible service. I dropped my sprinter van off there two weeks ago to get a basic service and an alignment. My vehicle was supposed to be ready in 2 to 3 days after the weekend. It has been nine days since my vehicle was supposed to be ready I have called the dealership every single day my advisor Kevin has not answered. I've been told several times that a manager will contact me regarding my vehicle. I do not know if an incident happened with my vehicle. If my vehicle is done, no one can give me any answers and no one will call me back.

I decided a few months ago to buy myself a really nice car. I also decided I would leave this car at my parents house so they can enjoy it and basically use it on the weekends or whenever I needed. I had someone looking for the exact color make and model of the car and yesterday I found one at AutoNation in Pompano Beach, Florida. Not really knowing much about the process I contacted a close friend who I trust and he referred me to a Michael Luciano at Delray Beach Mercedes. I called him and I told him I wanted the car and he sent me the price sheet which I accepted. There were no favors, breaks or discounts it was full price as if I had walked into Pompano without knowing anyone and said I'll take that car. My mother asked why I did not do that and my response which I will regret is "Someone told me about his story and the tragic events and I feel sorry for him so I want him to get the commission"Rather than pay cash for the car I decided to finance it and get a loan on the advise of family and that took less than 30 minutes. So now I have done all the additional work and bought a warranty for the car, insured it, and ordered a bank draft for the balance and I have loan documents ready to be signed. I call my mother and tell her the good news and the experience was joyous, then it turns into a nightmare thanks to the dishonest and rude behavior or Michael Luciano. My finance guy was about to call Michael to arrange the delivery of the payment until he calls me back to tell me the car was sold. Confused I called Pompano and offered to buy the car immediately for cash as Michael told me someone in corporates son's friend wanted the car and had it on hold with a deposit. What Michael did not tell me is that he never actually had the car, he sent Pompano an email trying to trade for the car and they never responded. Perhaps he should have called me or even told me the truth and in my opinion it is dishonest. It gets better, he then sends me the attached text calling me "DRAMA" forgetting the person who sent me is one of his biggest referrals and this person was buying an very expensive car.So I have written a letter to Michael Manley (CEO) and met with Cliff Brush personally today who is the GM of Delray Beach Mercedes. Of course Cliff was unaware of this situation yesterday as Michael did not want to take the time to tell him what he did and perhaps try to save the deal. Cliff did the best he could trying to fix it but the person buying the car is apparently a "Manley Referral" which means I am certain Mr. Manley, the CEO will not respond or want to make it right. He is unable to find the car I wanted but there is a later model about 2x more which I am not going to reward them with a higher sale. They should make this right, they can't and they won't.I believe Michael Luciano should be fired for his conduct but this will not happen. It's more or less you sell me a car you didn't even have, lied about having it (we discussed picking it up Monday and I even offered a large deposit or to bring the balance that day Friday) because you were trying to trade for it to make more commission, then when you realize you messed up, you don't seek help from the GM to fix it or work something out, you instead blame and try to belittle and humiliate the customer. So if you are thinking about doing business with Delray Beach Mercedes and or Michael Luciano (who some of you are friends with) just remember what i went through the last 24 hours which cost me time, money and a credit pull. I will get the car somewhere else and it will take time but I will make sure to let everyone know what Michael Luciano and Delray Beach Mercedes/Autonation did why you should never do business with them.

Horrific customer service. My car was there for three days before I even got a call to tell me that they would get me an "estimate" the next day. The next day I received a text from my service advisor Jonathan Vargas that read two things : parts and labor with a cost associated to each. I texted back and asked him to email me an estimate outlining the proposed work to be done. I received an email a few minutes later that read : Parts and labor with a cat associated to it. There was no description of the work being done, the part cost, the diagnosis of the issue or the labor hours. I've owned many high end cars and dealt with many dealerships, this was by far the worst. The total cost for the repair was $5400... a simple call to two other area dealerships and it was clear that I was getting fleeced. The other 2 estimates for the same repair came in at $1990 and $2300 respectively. Car dealerships are commoditized business... You can go to any brand dealership and get a car - what separates them is service... Which is what is lacking here at Mercedes-Benz of Delray

Don’t even attempt to contact the Mercedes-Benz of delray collision center at mercedes benz . Currently I have a 2023 Mercedes-Benz G wagon with the the magno night package! To make a long story short I had to replace my 3 front bumper inserts! With I had purchased from mercedes benz of delray parts department. 3 new inserts! Apparently they don’t come painted from factory! I had contacted the Mercedes-Benz collision center within Mercedes Benz of Delray! I spoke to gentleman who was very nasty! I attempted to tell him about the three inserts he shut me down then he stated they cannot paint them! I said to the gentleman that my Mercedes benz come from factory like that! Then proceeds to tell me we don’t do those type of things here we are a collision center! I don’t need to tell him his job but collision equals paint! Listen Autonation , Don’t call yourself a Mercedes Benz collision center if your willing to sell me mercedes parts yet not paint them as mercedes benz had delivered them to me! You can’t pick and choose what services you perform when you call yourself Mercedes-Benz of Delray!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz C300 at Mercedes-Benz AutoNation of Delray on February 8th, 2023, and ended up having the finance guy sign me up with a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't authorize, to the tune of almost $8,700.Everything was done electronically, so I didn't know what I was signing up for. Being 85 and not very computer savvy, I trusted them to do the right thing. The finance guy just gave me a brief description of what the form was for and told me to tap on the screen where my signature had been saved. It wasn't until I got home and read through the 50 pages that I was given, that I realized that I had been ripped off. I went back a few days later and talked to the assistant sale manager and was told that they just needed to cancel the items that I didn't want, and I would be refunded the amount that I was overcharged in about 6 weeks or so.When I hadn't received my money by April 11th, I went back to Mercedes-Benz AutoNation to check on the status of my refund. I spoke with the financed guy again and he told me that I hadn't signed a Product Cancelation Request, which I didn't know that I needed to do, and the assistant sales manager never mentioned. I was told that after I signed the Product Cancelation Request, the dealership would issue my refund to the company I financed with in about 2 weeks. It's now June and I'm still waiting... I think they saw the elderly guy and figured that they could pull a fast one. Can you say elder abuse!!!

We walked in as a previous customer and I asked about our sales person. The response from the woman at the customer service desk was, her name is Brianna she won't be here till tomorrow. You can come back if you want. We're closing in an hour.! The proper thing she should've said is Brianna will be here tomorrow what is your name? Can I take your name and number and let her know that you stopped by, I didn't like her attitude she just say we're closing in hour the sales people are busy twice to me.. when we were leaving, there was a gentleman who was very nice. I came up and introduce ourselves and said hello. But I will hesitate to come back!
