My Husband called this store asking about the difference between two firm mattresses and the guy working on 2/11/24 spoke to us like we were dumb. I understand you work at a mattress store and may think you are bright but no need to speak to people like their idiots. I will make sure to let my friends know how insulting you were. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow negative stars. We have never been treated this way before. Management at this store certainly needs to coach on customer service with this particular salesperson.

We were introduced to MattressXperts 10 years ago at the Miami Home Show. We met Jason the CEO and were so impressed with the expertise, product quality, price and service that we purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame at the show. I Purchased a Premium Stearns and Foster mattress and a few others as well. I tried the Stearns and Foster for about 3 weeks . I could not adjust to it . I had a backache every day . They immediately agreed to change out my Stearns & Foster to anotherbrand . They delivered another mattress with a full credit for the return. TOP Notch service within 3 days . EXCELLENT

This is a great place to buy a bed- lots of beds to choose from…Jason was terrific, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we had an issue, he fixed it right away. His delivery guys were very friendly and also helpful. I highly recommend buying from them.

Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process of my girlfriend and I choosing a mattress. He was very hands on and his presentations were very professional. It made shopping for a mattress that much easier.

My Salesman, Bryan, was extremely knowledgeable regarding my needs for a firm mattress, etc. I ended up getting the Stearns and Forster Estate mattress. After leaving I did my due diligence, which he encouraged, and compared by going to another store. They happened to be cheaper and being a man of his word he adjusted the price accordingly. Bryan also explain that since I have a back condition, I could possibly get a prescription from my doctor and that would eliminate the tax on my purchase as well. Delivery and removal of my old mattress was included in the price. It also didn’t hurt that Mattress Xperts is right down the block. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Mattress Xperts were absolutely amazing. Brian and Bob were very helpful with assisting me in my decision. The two men that delivered the bed were so nice, very clean and neat. I have already referred my family and friends to them.

Bryan was great in helping me find a nice firm mattress. He let me try out a couple different ones in the store to make sure I’d find the right fit. If your looking to buy a good reliable mattress, I’d recommend coming to Matress Xperts.
